| Yes, it is legal as far as I know, but there are no doubt restrictions on the owner, such as no shells in the barrel, which seems sensible enough. Kinda like when one owns an out of commission police car. There are private citizens who own old WWII crap throughout the world, tanks among them. |

yes
but for any machine guns you'd need a license for them, as well as needing an explosives license to buy ammo which are very hard to get.

| Yes, a special Military Drivers License is required to operate a tank and is generaly issued upon completion of Armor training. |

| but theres probably a licence for "treaded vehicles", that is intended mainly for bulldozers, but possibly applicable to tanks |
