://First Encounter Assault Recon - Officer Information Guidelines
__
**The First Encounter Assault Recon ultimately strives for the adaptation of an everlasting structure. Though, a foundation and system of support must be established in order to properly construct these goals. Leaders are a necessity for the duration of this process.
● [1] : The Objective ● [2] : Officer Advancement ● [3] : Conclusion
➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊ ➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊
These positions are to be occupied by our officers - the enforces of the First Encounter Assault Recon.
The objective of the standard officer is to serve Venezia and oversee all general operations that occur within the homeland territory. Officers are also to enforce the ruling of the Warrant Officer and above.
Warrant Officers are merely known as the 'Overseeing' officers on duty, and ensure all other Officers are doing their job as instructed.
::
The Officer Capacity is 80. The Senior Officer Capacity is 10.
➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊ ➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊
In order to become an Officer, one must ultimately be decided among the High Ranks, with a Prime General or any commanding officer of a rank above attending.
Recommendations may be given by any member of the First Encounter Assault Recon through message with reasons as to why this promotion is deserved. The candidate must be a Major to qualify.
The rank of Major may not be achieved through training, or normal activity. The promotion must be agreed on, such as with Officer.
::
Senior/Warrant Officer is voted upon by the members of the First Encounter Assault Recon, and a final choice is made at a meeting hosted by a Vice Commander or the Grand Commander.
Prime Generals may not appoint Senior Officers.
➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊ ➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊
These procedures will take place as soon as possible.
Other information concerning the rank advancement system should be directed to the Director of Rank Advancement or Director of Training.

@Red:
Of course. It's my best bet it'll be exceeded by around 40 people, the best we can do is keep close watch over the officers and be less lenient towards them. |

This capacity will remain at 80.
As, the system centers around an even capacity. |
