I believe this is a good discussion topics - are certain reforms implemented by certains clans too complex for the clan? Does it take away from the overall gameplay of the clan itself?
I've often wondered if implementing complicated reforms almost over-complicates the experience that the clan leader is trying to provide for his clanmates. If you were to implement a point system, but nobody can keep track of this complex point system because you don't have the scripts to it nor do you have the HRs wanting to deal with keeping word documents with a member's total amount of points, is the reform beneficial? It may've been a good idea, but sometimes good ideas are better on paper.
But what if you were to undermine reforms? Would the clan be too boring? Or would the clan still be able to run with less complicated reforms?
I'm not refering to technology, I'm refering to reforms being put into place in clans that may or may not muddle the experience of the clan, and almost make it too hard on the HRs and have it so the HRs clash with each other.
Your views? I'm wondering if you decide a medium whether or not you in your own clan would try to find the right balance.
Complicated reforms, in my view, aren't always the answers to a clan's problems.

Yes clans are getting very complexed.
For example RAT;
Celeste 1 was the best of fun. Instead of ways of getting it, only ways in were stacking or egg jumping.
Also promotion system too complex. |

I believe there should be a limit of complexion in one's system. After all, this is a kid's game. You definitely don't want to over complicate things for the majority you're trying to appeal to.

The leader you was suggesting upon that peace of text is an Idealist. Woodrow Wilson the past President of the US was a massive one.

Indeptly, then don't post.
And Shattered, true. If you were to make it so complex as to make enable it so people can't do much, or they just don't understand it or don't have the time to do it, you lose the basic principles and the clan isn't fun.

Maybe if it was a clan such as VAK that appeals more to the older, mature audience, then a more complex system is understandable. Or the administration of a clan.
However to a more public group such as RAT, a complex system can be confusing to some, even most at times.

Hm, no.
Clans are better complex in my opinion.
I like to make my experience as real as possible, and nice complicarted things are fun. |

| Complicated reforms sometimes just end up making the HR's of the clan disagree, and in doing so, they begin to fight. |
