| Ok, first thing you need food, and a constant one at that, you currently have 10 tribesmen (warriors), would you make any of them hunters, or any other professions? Second priority is appeasing gods, as they can punish and reward you. |

The vulpanar do not worship godly powers, instead they respect the land and the earth.
Make 6 of the tribesmen hunters, we're going to need some food.
The other 4 need to scout out for a sustainable water source and a good place for the Dark Shadow's encampment. |

| Are those substitute jobs? you might need tribesmen for defending against other tribes, if they decide to attack. Anyways, your tribesmen scouts find some water, and your hunters found a species of deer-like animals, minus the horns, as they did not have predators, would you like to extinct them immediately and get a lot of food, or continually hunt them, wearing them down? |

I'm pretty sure we wouldn't extinct them immediately but no, take some and leave the rest to breed. The Vulpanar are not aggressive in nature towards other clans they only really get annoyed if one clan starts acting stupid, there shouldn't be any problems for the moment.
Order the 4 explorers to start setting up an encampment in a suitable location close the the water source for shelter.
After building some makeshift shelter start laying down scent marks and establishing this as Dark Shadows territory. |

Sorry I took so long, anyways, your 4 explorers are weary from the trip there anyways, but they do their work loyally, do you want to make half of the explorers water collectors, to get a water income.
Result of sparing the species: You now have a steady food supply, but you are still defenseless, due to having no tribesmen (no specific job; Warrior).
Resources: Food: 20 (1 per villager, 2 days of food) Stone: 0 (you need miners for stone) God appeasement: 0 ( you can choose whether or not you do this, but the higher it is, the more you get rewarded) |

Make half water collectors then task the other half with exploring the immediate area for more resources, after they've had a rest of course...
All Vulpanar hunters are deadly and we should be able to withstand a small attack. When we deal with economy then we'll get some sort of dedicated millitary going. |

| Ok, after a few hours of searching the area, your troops find a small vein of iron ore... One problem though, you found a tribe bordering it. Do you want to try to kill them off, ask the gods to do it, or be friendly with them, warning, they may not be friendly to you. |

about 45% complete on encampment, about 2 turns until completion, oh and if you make a explorer, water collector, or hunter a diplomat, you can start to make friends in the other tribe

The other tribe is delighted to start having diplomatic relations, due to them having a United States like government, under semi-autonomous states. There are currently 2 other tribes that are doing this.

Well, the tribesmen report feeling being watched, but shrug it off, because 87% of the species of the planet are carnivores, but they repeatedly report being watched, as if something, or more likely someone, is watching them.
