I really don't.Here are some common arguements people bring up: 1.Atmosphere. They almost always complain that 3 had a much better atmosphere than 3.1st off,if they actually played the game and found out more about why the Mojave Wasteland is much more salvaged than the Capitol Wasteland,they likely wouldn't be bringing this up.Its also obviously the capitol of the entire nation versus a relatively small gambling city.
2.Character Devlopment Fallout 3's character development is better for those who want their character's story handed to them on a platter.Your entire life is given to you,and you know everything about your character.Whereas in NV,you have the chance to develop your character's own back-story.
3.Guns They both have the same weaponry,minus a few unique weapons.Don't see why anyone would complain.
4.Story They are both unique stories on their own,so leave them as is.
