| Every time I go on a game an error message pops up and it won't let me get in to any games. Can anyone help? |

You need to be a bit more specific.
If it has only happened today: Try restarting the computer. If this doesn't work, wait a day and try again.
If it has been happening for a long time: You may need to re-install roblox. If this doesn't work, use the opposite program to get into roblox (use the launcher instead of directly from the internet, or vice versa). Lastly, it could also be a problem with your RAM usage. Your computer might not be able to handle roblox as well as it used to. If this might be it, try lowering some of roblox's graphics qualities. |

I've tried posting the error message before. It says roblox won't let me. I've tried restarting. This has been happening for about a month now. I remember it saying something about "Cannot load HRESULT"

Okay. Firstly, you come on here, you say ROBLOX isn't working and shows an error message and now when we ask you what that error message is you can't tell us, what are we supposed to do, magically guess what you're talking about.
Post the full complete and unedited error message and anything that you are doing when you launch the game. |

| Take a screenshot of the error message by pressing the print screen button and make a decal of it. |
