The subject I wish to discuss is of the utmost importance amongst any group. The general intellect of a group can mean the difference between a success and a failure.

I have observed that most groups lack a definite training system, and those that have one are vague or ineffective. This being said, this may be a result of our poor education system, but reality is to be ignored by ROBLOX, so I won't go further.

My point is this : Groups need a better way to train members. Everyone thinks of power and wealth, and yet they never think that elite people don't fall out of the sky.

You speak of education, and appear to be relating it to martial trainings. Let us be frank, the only trainings that could be introduced into a group that do not relate to the martial abilities of its people are history trainings, which, given the nature of this particular game, tend to call in very few.

False, I've yet to hear you deliver a good argument.

Frankly.

Allow me to clarify then, Virgil.

Trainings in ROBLOX tend to be more focused on the fun and martial aspects of groups.

Trainings for education would only include education regarding history (as that is the only on pertinent to clans).

Most members do not enjoy such trainings, as they come on ROBLOX to have fun, rather than have me explain to them the history of groups.

With that being said, education on such a game under such conditions is improbable, unlikely, and detrimental.

To further False's arguement:

Let us be frank, the only trainings that could be introduced into a group that do not relate to the martial abilities of its people are history trainings, which, given the nature of this particular game, tend to call in very few.

Members only attend trainings that happen to be either fun or an fairly easy way to earn a promotion. It isn't the job of the teenage population on this game to teach the younger generations grammar, writing, history, math, excetra. It is the job of the player's respective country's educational systems.

Leave a game as it is supposed to be, fun. Not another entrance into a school.

The training I am speaking of is tactical. How to sword fight, discipline, etc.

History is optional, but otherwise training is extremely important.

Short story bro:

BAF's training > any other groups training

And I quit that group 2 years ago.

Ok?

They taught me WASD, mouse lock, the common Y to fly, X stop plane system, and more.

Proof trainings CAN work.

Ok?

@Rhadamanthos
We've been at it in several different threads before. :)

@Virgil
Tactics are implied under martial skills in this particular case. They are already covered by the clan world's finest clans.

No, I am not intelligent and nor is false.

Intellect is a generality that is extremely difficult evaluate. Wisdom and morale would be a better way to think of people.

You can not teach discipline in any successful way, it can only be learned through experiences within actual life. No one has to listen to anyone here, it just happens that they do.

You can not actually teach any fighting style here, only give vague and general tips on how something could help. Death has no detriment to a clan battle, you simply respawn.

And all I've seen you do on C&G is complain about 'this' or 'that', if you actually want to do anything make your own clan and find others who will help you.

Wisdom and morale are both prey to subjunctive viewpoints, and thus are also uncertain evaluations. Who can judge wisdom and morale in their universality?

Than if you agree that 'martial training' is an important factor in groups, what is your point?

Also, an argument is not for publicity. It is to decide upon a matter.

My point is that you are seeking to add something that already exists, or better something that is already taught among groups, with differing levels of efficiency.

False, I'm getting tired of talking to you. You have so many holes in your argument and you seem impractical.

Please stop this. Just ignore me, and I'll ignore you.

If I have holes, then reveal them, my sanctimonious friend. You see, I am willing to be told I am wrong, so long as you back that up with facts. Show us the void portions, then.

Well, I've no idea how you came to the conclusion that training is pointless here. That is like your boss expecting you to know how to do everything without education.

I'm not going to bother going through my other threads providing examples. You are of no use to me and simply agitate me, so I think from now on I will not reply to your posts. Thank you for bumping my posts, I guess.

I support Virgil. While history was a sub point, we can probably assume that the majority of the training it would probably be related to the clan, or just general practicing

Erm...Virgil? Please sit down. You obviously missed something in my argument.

I never said training was pointless. However, I stated that training exists as a way to hone martial skills and have fun, and that you were trying to add things that already existed.

With regards to you ignoring me, your lack of intellectual responsibility disturbs me. If you would, drop the act. If you wish to "play with the big boys", then you must understand that you are responsible for your own faults and failings, as I understand.
