| I know this idea is shared among the Forum for quite some time, but I think that alot of you should read it. I bielve that roblox should have a option of choosing you're games to be multiplayer in Roblox Studio. For one reason it would save time creating the game instead of wasting hours trying to maintain building or scripting. Another reason is because your friends could give you suggestions for your game, that will make the place much better. I already know about Personal Servers on Roblox. But what I'm talking about is diffrent, and here is why. You are given the option to choose of your friends in your friends list, and allow them to build or not to build in Roblox Studio, you are also given the option of free models (for the newer members.) You are also given a choice to give all the players commands over that certain place, or just you. Back in 2006-2009 or so, there was such thing as multiplayer studio. They had a little insert button in the corner, if you go to an old starter home back from 2006, there will be a billboard by your house showing you where the insert button is and how to use it. Another thing with personal servers, is that you aren't aloud to change the lighting, add gui', nor are you aloud to add scripts. This is just one of my many ideas, reply of what you think. Support or no support. |

@Above True but it could also have a kick/ban option installed in to it. It could also have a friends only option, like it does in personal servers. |

improvement:
instead of making games multiplayer studio(seriously, anyone could just screw with your game) just make multiplayer studio sessions, like parties, you can invite people to a multiplayer studio session and then you can build and work with friends and others to make a game
their is no flaw to my idea |

You do realize it's possible?
On studio when you test it, instead of play solo do tools/test/startserver
Then you have your own personal server on your computer.
After that on the new startserver window do tools/test/startplayer
You have a player1 now in the server on your computer and will only allow connected computers to join.
If you want to get another player on it from a different but local computer (like a friend over or something) just hook up two computers with a CAT6 cable.
Make sure the computers have established a connection to each other!
Then once that happens the second computer person can go on studio/tools/test/startplayer (which becomes selectable when connection is established)
Or if you just want to test out a game with the same computer just on the same server do tools/test/start player as many times as you want for as many players you want on it. |

Well it still is possible if you have good computer skills to open up an internet port between your computer and the other persons computer.
Therefore you can still work on it together just not on a roblox server. (Kind of like minecraft) |

Support but make it either friends only, invite only or maybe if you want to join someone in multiplayer studio mode then you could "request to join" like in groups and the owner of the player will get an in game pop up saying "[player name] wants to join you in studio mode" and under it will say accept and decline.
This is one of the most stupidest sounding forum posts I made. Sorry.
