--{0.1 - What are shout-tags? }-- Shout tags are simple tags which are located at the beginning of each shout within RCER. These tags give our members a quick understanding of what the shout includes. Anyone with access to shout power within RCER are required to use tags when using the shout, in the case that this is not followed you shall be warned, failure to begin using them shall result in a demotion.
--{0.2 - The Current Shout-Tags}--
This is a list of the tags which are currently used:
[Train] - This tag is to be used when hosting a training. It is required to also post a link the the place of training along with it, unless displayed on the 'Personal Servers' list.
[Warn] - The 'Warn' tag is used to give an official warning to members of RCER. Here is an example of when this tag should be used: "[Warn] I do not wish to see that behaviour which was displayed at the training again."
[Forum] - The 'Forum' tag is to be used when you're posting the direct link to a forum post within the shout. The post you're linking to must be related to RCER. When using this tag, please try to include some basic information on what the forum post includes.
[Assist] - This tag is to only be used when we're providing allied clans with assistance. When using this tag within the shouts, be sure to include what clan assistance is being provided too and what place they need assistance at.
[Rally] - The 'Rally' tag is to be used when rounding up members of RCER for a raid, when this tag is used be used to include information on where the rally is being hosted. In the case a General wishes to rally members, they're to gain direct confirmation from an Commander or higher.
[Raid] - This tag is to be used when you're hosting a raid against an enemy clan. In the case you're found raiding an allied clan or a clan we are neutral with, you shall be given a formal warning. If from this warning you continue doing so, your shouting powers shall be revoked. When this tag is used, please include information on the clan we're raiding and the location of the raid.
[Defend] - The 'Defend' tag is used to inform members when they are required at a fort (fort must be stated along with shout). It is only to be used with '[]'s and '{}'s and may only be used once every 12 hours to reduce spam, the only exception to this is if any specific Fort has over 3 servers being raided.
[Msg] - This tag is to be used as an 'other' category. Also to be used if no other tags are applicable.
[Meet] - The 'Meet' tag is to be used when hosting an official meeting. When this tag is used try to include a summary of what the meeting shall be including and where it shall be hosted.
[Event] - This tag is to be used for a special event or contest. E.G. Halloween costume contest. It is recommended to include a forum link to information regarding the event. {PostMsg} - 'PostMsg' is used to signal the end of an activity (E.G. training, raid...).
--{0.3 - Tag Types}-- All shout tags require to be held within the correct tag type. Each type has a specific meaning which must be followed when using the shout.
{ } - Tags with these around may be overshouted anytime.
[ ] - This means that the shout must remain up for over an hour before overshouting, unless permission from the previous shouter, the Head Commander or a Commander is granted. Note: Commands+ may overshout this tag whenever.
[[ ]] - This means the shout must remain standing for three hours before overshouting, unless permission is granted by the previous shouter, the Head Commander or a Commander. Note: Commander+ may overshout this tag whenever.
{[[ ]]} - This type may only be used by the Head Commander, in the case a Commander wishes to use this type - they must get direct confirmation from the Head Commander.
--{0.4 - Rank Designated Tags}--
Generals may only use { } tags unless permission is granted by a Commander+.
Commander may use all tags excluding the {[[ ]]} tag.
The Head Commander may use all tags.
--{0.5 - Linking Tags}--
In the case your shout covers two or more of the tags, listed above, you have the ability to go ahead and link them together. This is done simply by including a semi-colon between the tags. E.g - [Train;Forum] TRAINING INFORMATION; FOURM INFORMATION
-Head Commander, callum4leah -Co-Head Commander, withl675

1.- Use grammar while posting, that includes correct use of Caps, spelling, punctuation s (commas, periods, apostrophes, etc.). That will increase your chances of a promotion, bad grammar may get your post deleted and you will lose your chances of promotion and in worst cases, demoted. 2.- Do not spam (this includes "ROBUX hacks/glitches", advertising other groups, posting the same thing over and over, etc.) As you will get demoted or exiled and your post will be immediately deleted. 3.- Promotions are earned by activeness, asking or begging for one will get your post deleted and you will lose your chance. 4.- In case of raids, post on the wall and wait for back up. 5.- No advertising groups at ALL or you will get immediately exiled. 6.- Fighting posts will immediately get deleted, if you have a personal fight with someone in the group, I suggest you take it out of our group's wall and you will be asked nicely to stop fighting or you will risk getting exiled. 7.- Posting a lot helps us know you are active and willl earn a easy chance to be promoted, just follow the previous established rules.
--Bases--
1.- All members must wear uniform WITHOUT exception, members without uniform could be kicked or killed insight, to prevent this, wear uniforms while you are on duty. 2.- No team killing at ALL, you may only kill on designated areas of the base for training purposes, otherwise, team killing will result in banning and exilation. (any proves of team kill will be appreciated like screenshots). 3.- No visitor killing, or you will get kicked or banned from the server and may get demoted or exiled. 4.- No hacking at ALL, any hackers will be immediately exiled and never to be allowed back in. 5.- Listen to orders from High-Ranks and respect them, otherwise, you will be kicked as a warning and in the worst case, exiled. 6.- While on raids, soldiers are forbidden to talk to raiders or switch teams, as you will be kicked for messing around. 7.- Begging for admin may get you killed, no freebie admin give always unless one trusts you with it. 8.- Promotion begging will only get you kicked out of the server. 9.- No flaming at all, or you will simply be kicked from the server, respect any other fellow player in bases. 10.- No fighting with fellow members, if you simply have a problem with another soldier from RCER, you will be asked nicely to leave the group. 11.- Guarding bases a lot also helps you get promoted easily, if you can provide proofs of your activeness, it would be great, just follow the previous rules.
--Raids--
1.- Wear uniforms as you will be identified as a fellow member and to avoid team killing. 2.- Soldiers have permission to kill EVERYTHING that's not in RCER uniform or allies uniform. 3.- Listen to High-Ranks, follow all orders and stay on your respective Squads. 4.- Soldiers are forbidden to talk to Defenders (Advisable you use Team Chat while raiding) 5.- Once the raid is finished, supply a proof (video or screenshot) of either victory or defeat. 6.- NO SOLDIER IS ALLLOWED TO RAID WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OF THE EMPEROR, RAIDING WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL RESULT IN DIRECT EXILE. 7.- No flaming at ALL to no one, as you will get exiled if you embarrass us while on the battlefield 8.- Doing well on raids (Time you stayed on raid and KOs/WOs ratio) affects your chances of a promotion, try to stay until the very end and keep trying even if the situation is hard. 9.Use team chat at all times when a raider is raiding, don't talk and fight more. 10.Recruit visitors at our base, show them around, etc. 11. No Body Morphs allowed unless in Training.
--Notes--
Flaming = Calling people bad words to make them feel bad. e.g: "Noob", "Swearing words", etc. and their derivate "txt" forms.
Working as a team is vital, those who don't like working on teams or just simply have a problem with someone, please make a effort to cooperate with fellow ME members as a Team (not necessary as Friends) or you can get out of the group.
