Note, I am using the up and coming reputation feature for these ideas.
1. A Tribunal system of sorts. If you know what I am talking about, no need to read beyond this point. If you don't know what I am talking about, I mean no more out of the blue bans. I mean a trial of sorts to really determine if the user is guilty. If the user is not guilty, no more ban. If the user is guilty, then the ban is just.
2. Get rid of moderation history on the account page. It only creates resentment and rebellion if it lingers on. Guess what, that also leads to people complaining about bans, which is a rule breaker. I'd rather have someone never see their moderation history again to complain about than complain about a lingering moderation history.
3. This reminds me of the very first idea I submitted to these forums. You can request to have a ban appealed once the trial is out and you are guilty. Your reputation must be high enough for the type of ban issued. Speaking of reputation...
4. At any time you are on Suggestion 1's trial, you can appeal before the jury is out. You are denied a voice until a certain reputation level, then you may convince the jury in your favor. The trial will cause a dip in reputation, but I'd rather have someone be able to play with less reputation than scorn and resent the moderation staff at ROBLOX for not being able to.
5. When Suggestion 2 is implemented, in it's place are Good Deeds. You can choose to Bless someone, which is the complete opposite of a Report. When you have been successfully Blessed, you receive a reputation gain in a determined amount. This can also be used to appeal bans.
Are there any other suggestions related to this category of ideas? Do you have suggestions to improve on any of them? If you don't support, why do you not support them? (Subsection rules, that's why) Now then, comment away! Also see Pure Agility, my list of jumping suggestions. |

| Support, but you can only give reputation if the ban is only major, not a perma or minor. |

I don't like the reputation thing
everyone should deserve a fair trial no matter what |

Usually it's better when everyone gets a fair trial, the reputation thing can be abused. |

Reputation determines your privileges, so getting punished a lot means lower reputation and scolding.
That's why you need the Blessing system I introduced in Suggestion 5. |

@rocksrolling749
Just like a report, a team of moderators will go through and see what happens and determine whether or not a reputation gain is needed. |

| Feeling better now, but others need to see that the justice system can improve. |

Apparently, the heavens did not listen as you spoke. I guess I will put in extra effort for getting rid of moderation history, then. |

| I'd rather have a fair trial system than out of the blue "Reminder/Warning/(Number) (Time) Ban/Deletions". This must go on! |

Trial? That's relatively ridiculous and would never happen. The mod-bots do get quite annoying, as I got a warning for saying a number, but there's another thing: nevermind not sure of the other thing. Now anyway, that wouldn't work out.
Regarding the account moderation thang, there used to be parent accounts that could see that along with like 20 other things. When parent accounts got removed, those things went up onto the user's account. Hence the transactions page. |

So that would explain the dreaded and resentfulness-creating monstrosity known as your moderation history. |

| What kind of idiot would become a rebel because of moderation history? I have like five things at least on there, none of which were what the bot thought it was/is something I didn't know what it was. It makes NO SENSE for someone to become a rebel because of that. Gosh! |

| @Z007 the kind of idiot you are. Plus that's only gonna make the Player get more Rebelouis and Will Disobey the rules. Trust me a freind of mine IRL plays this game,and his name is DeadNinjaCole and Now look at what he has done because of this! He just disobeys rules! |

@HkFighter47
That's why I suggested Moderation History be erased, and in it's place are Good Deeds.
@Both HkFighter47 and Z007
Stop fighting over this. Please, I'd rather have constructive posts agreeing with Suggestion 2 than bickering over who is and isn't rebellious because of Moderation History. |
