TL;DR at the bottom
Alright so Reversal just came out with a new base. Finally something for members to look forward to right? No not really. You find anything to mind blowing here but keep reading if you want the full picture.
Base Design: The design of the base is pretty unique something you never seen before. There are 3 small islands 1 for each team. This is great because it keeps raiders from being sandwhich between Allies and the defending team. There is also big island in the middle which you must get to in order to capture the objective. The detail is nice but it sorta feels like other bases we seen before.
Weapons: The weapons are nothing really special. They feel like every single weapon I have used when raiding other groups. Sometimes I think all the groups just use the same gun scripts. It's just a block with a mesh with the same free model scripts you see in other groups. It would be nice if they at least did something to make their guns feel different.
GUI: The GUI might be it's strongest feature. Everything is right where is should be without any problems. Team change GUI allows you to quickly switch between raiders Allies, and Neutral teams. The server statistics GUI gives you a overview of the server without getting in the way. The problem is the GUI sorta feels like it was just taken from Free models. I could be wrong but I just think the GUI feels right.
Objective: A base cannot be a base without an objective. Raiders must capture and hold a terminal for 1200 seconds. This is where it becomes sorta boring. It feels like I am raiding the same base. It would be nice if they could have a different objective. Maybe something other then a KOTH type gameplay. Also the Terminal feels like it was taken from free models. I have seen the same type of Terminal in other groups (Insert long list here). In a way it's quick simple and easy to capture.
Verdict: While everything feels the same, I can say this base is pretty above the average standard. It's not right where WIJ RAT or R.A.A are but it feels polished and well designed even if it sports free models here and there. I really don't see many people defending this base or actually attacking it unless they are at war.
Design: 2/5
Weapons: 1/5
GUI: 3/5
Objective: 2/5
Overall: 2/5 |

| I thought the base was terrible. Then again I have high standards. |

Those ACRIPTS were actually made by Shortpinman.
Also, it's hot fully done yet. New weapons are currently being made for the starter pack. |
