| Do you feel we should have morals in science? If so even if it stops us from making huge breakthroughs? |

Without Nzi experimentation on Soviet prisoners of war, we wouldn't know most of what we do about Hypothermia, until, of course, a few years later when people would have found more humane ways to research it. And without Japanese experimentation on Manchurians, we wouldn't know what happens when you cut off someone's limbs then reattach them to the other side, or what happens when you cut out someones stomach and attach their esophagus directly to the intestines, and thanks to WW2 Japanese vivisection doctrine, we can be sure that the needless use of anesthesia didn't interfere with the outcome of the test results. |

| I don't know. I think rodents which can be genetically cloned should be given away to science. |

If scientists ask for volunteers for a wild amount of experiments, there would ALWAYS be people who willingly sign up.
especially if there is payment.
People who are terminally ill would certainly want to leave their familys with cash |

| I think there should be basic care, such as life guarantee for the test-ees and very readily-available medical professionals and their equipment. Lives are valuable. |

Science can help us save people. But to save a few, you might have to kill a few.

There is an easy to see line most of the time where you cross the line of morally acceptable. There are a few small exceptions though. |

@xc6,
Even though I disagree with both of them, there is a huge difference. If you pull the a person's body parts off, then you KILL that person. He lost his life. If you pull the dead person's body parts off, then you really don't do anything to him. |

Morals will always exist anyway You'd be an emotionless robot if you never incorporated morals into what you did. |
