This is an informational thread of what I personally would expect out of Fleetcom. Not only will this make you more respected, but you will rank up much faster if you follow The Fleetcom Path.
____________________________________________________________________

[ The General Guide ]

A.1 Common Decency.
- I find it very relevant to use common decency both on and off duty. These things include grammar, respect, manners, ect. I ask that you use the act of common decency to properly represent our group.

A.2 Uniform.
- One of the most important things today is representing our group Off Duty, meaning you are not in a group-related place. You should ALWAYS wear your Fleetcom uniform, no matter where you are. Unless you have a really good reason, you should keep your uniform on at all times.

A.3 Grammar.
- This one is urgent. I can't stress it enough, but grammar is the key to representation and communication. If you don't know how to use this, here is an example. No grammar statement : " hi ther pepol, how u doin?" Improvised statement WITH grammer: "Hi everyone, how are you guys?". Notice how I began the sentence with a capital, used punctuation, and practiced common decency. Basically, just type as if you are writing a graded essay in school.

[ The Lower Rank's Guide ]

A.1 Skill set.
- The main idea of any military group is to have a large number of skilled members. If you can't achieve a kill in a raid, what good are you? This is why I suggest training on your own. In free time, you are completely free to go to war games to practice. I usually go to Sword Fights on The Heights Original to hone my swordsman skills, you should too. Once you achieved a decent skill set, you are more noticable, respected, and appreciated.

A.2 Teamwork.
- In battle, you should always feel the comfort of a comrade along side you, willing to take any kind of hit to help you out, or suicide to get you a clear shot to the objective. Unity and Trust should actually be a rule. You should always get along, and eventually become brothers in Fleetcom.

A.3 Respect.
- Respect to High Ranks is usually a very strict rule in most groups. Although,we lay back on it. We view that High Ranks are just the same as low ranks, yet that isn't an excuse to talk smack or disrespect. You should always address them as "Sir" or "Ma'am". If you are ever to have a problem with one of them, walk up to them and talk to them in a calm manner. They cannot harm your status unless the entire group agrees on it.

Troopers, just follow those 3 guidelines, and you are your comrades will be a high rank one day.

[ The High Rank's Path ]

A.1 Leadership.
- On the battlefield, in trainings, wherever, the troopers will look up to you. You are their role model. Your job is to control and tackle every situation that comes your way. Make the right choices. Don't do anything idiotic. Do whatever, as long as it is logical, to achieve victory, and keep the trooper's morale up.

A.2 Events.
- One of your main duties is to hold events. These can be trainings, raids, meetings, or anything else that is group related. When you hold these, make sure that they are time appropriate, at a range of 6-9PM EST. They should also be organized, strict, and beneficiary to people rather than a waste of time. When it starts, get everyone lined up and go with the flow. Don't accept foolishness, although do not go power insane.

A.3 Anything unexplained.
- Just because it isn't in the rules, you shouldn't try to make loopholes. Be a role model, everyone wants to be looked up to by people. It is your responsibility to take the group to a higher standard, and make everyone proud. Do what you think Flyguy would want you to do.
_________________________________________________________

And there you have it. This is what we all expect of you. Remember, your comrades will always be there to help. Follow the Fleetcom Path, and become something bigger and better than what you think you can be.

Can you add on to the High Rank Guide with the Status changes? Making a tag to it?
Here's the shout template I have in mind:

Shout Example:
[::TRAINING:: Training at 7:00 PM EST! \::6.CST\5.MST\4.PST::]

I did all the symbol stuff to make it look interesting.
