| "Emo is a style of rock music typically characterized by melodic musicianship and expressive, often confessional lyrics." |

@xc6 Emo was short for emotional but it ended up being a word to define extremely sad goths that cut themselves because they are sad. |

Eh, I don't mind Emo's. They aren't really my style like Metalhead and Goth are. But, I guess that aslong as they don't cut themselves to look cool (Damn stereotypes), I'll just respect them for it. |

Emo's and Goths have nothing in common anyway.
Within the Gothic culture it is frowned upon to act depressed just to look cool. Being yourself is of great importance in there.
I am not sure about Emo but I doubt many are depressed, these are all just stereotypes. |

''There's a goth style music too. It's like a form of rock. Sort of. ''
Yep, stuff like New Wave, Dark Wave, Medieval, Gothic Rock etc.
Metal is not Goth music and is part of the Metalhead culture instead. This does not mean Goths can't listen to it, plenty within the Subculture appreciate it because of the similiar atmosphere. |

''It's only my view of all this commotion, but exactly.''
You had good points. So I did agree with you. |
