Im trying to lose some weighht and get better about upper body strength.
I cant do pushups since I have a big stomach. So I just did 300 wallups. Arms hurt, but I could go on, but my arms begin to tremble and it gets hard.
I just HATE doing situps. I would rather run a freaking marathon then deal with those. I could barely do 25. I just struggle against myself to do a situp, then I fall back down onto the cold floor to get back pains. qq.
I weigh 160, 5'9' btw ^^ |

| 160 at 5'9" isn't that bad, but keep it up, man. |

'Damn my oversized bones that add to my weight.'
I grew up on junk food, ALL THE TIME, rather than having a mom cook for me. I recently lost 15 pounds off mainly my thighs, but my stomach wont budge. what do you guys do to lose stomach weight?? |

| don't look toward the future. take it day by day and work hard and fight. and think to yourself after your workout, "...and tomorrow will bring another battle" |

OK, should I continue to work out the next day? Ive heard that you need to give your muscles a day to recover from the workout, but I've already just did 100 wallups, 25 weight lifts, and 25 arm lifts (other position)
Unfortunatly, all I have is a 10 pound weight. |

| I ate some eggs (protein) so that my muscles might grow easier. I plan to do this all the time; but need to know whether to do excercise in cycles of 1 day workout, 1 day wait, 1 day workout, etc |

I cant do pushups very easy since i dont have lots of upper body strength, I dont usually work out that much anyways.
I have done around 35 situps in a minute, but its gotten harder since my gut has gotten bigger.
I havent ran a timed mile in 3 years, so idk.
I have never done a 40 yard dash
And I have never actually attempted to benchpress anything. |

| I ran 2 miles and a lap today for physical education. 9-10 laps = A for the 20minute run. |

| Do some walking and running. That would help. |

I run in short bursts when I go outside with my dog. I would be kind of embarrassed running around the block like an old lady though. :/
Will bicycling help? |

"Not as much as running the same distance, as my football coach says."
Still makes me look better than me running around the block like an old woman. Besides, I would actually have fun bicycling. |
