\ Mojkrt for UAF /
Before you make any assumptions like, "he'll never get it" or, "moojl will never give it away", MOOJL has said previously that if 65% of UAF supports a cause, then he will have to pass it.
I. Introduction II. What will happen if you are elected? III. Why should we elect you? VI. How can I help?
I. Introduction
My name is Mojkrt, and I am trying to become the next leader of the Urban Assault Forces. Why? Because I feel like it's heading in the wrong direction, like it needs change, because it's a fairly old and historic clan, and I hate to see it like this. I really need some of your support for this because remember, it's not for me, it's for all of you.
II. What will happen if you are elected? I will completely revolutionize the way that not just this clan, but clans everywhere are run. I will incorporate a new training style, and a revolutionary new type of government, run by YOU.
I have prepared a "constitution" type thing that I'd like to share with you all, if I get the group, this will be put into effect almost immediately. It's just a beta version, I'll be working on it more. This should answer most of your questions regarding what will happen if I am elected.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I. Battle School II. The Government III. Armies IV: Promotions V: Rules
I. Battle School Battle School; Part 1; Core Basics Battle School won't be anything like VAK, and neither will this clan, however, I'm tired of starting off groups with a bunch of lunatics. Just kidding, past members of my clans! *heh*. No, but really, here's what it is, it's not your average "Sword Training" or "Meeting". When you are a member of Battle School, you are, when you begin, a "Pod-Member", and member of a pod, until you are put into an Army, which will be determined by the congress at an undetermined point in time. If you are a veteran or a newer lad, Battle School will still get you to the level this group will need you to be. It will provide you with leadership skills, combat skills, and core values that you'll need to know.
Battle School; Part 2; The Pods
•Salamander Pod•
•Lion Pod•
•Nemo Pod•
•Bear Pod•
•Jaguar Pod•
•Panther Pod•
Battle School; Part 3; The Pod Leaders Pod Leaders will be Sergeants/Master Sergeant's work to become a Captain II/Captain. They should lead the pod correctly and once it's been determined that they have done well enough, they will be made a Captain II/Captain and further orders will be given. If we don't have enough Sergeants at the time to lead each pod, then they will still lead the pod until further orders have been given.
II. The Government
Government; Part 1; The Council of Representatives This group of up to [40] representatives elected by the people will serve as a part of the Congress, to decide what decisions get approved, or declined. These fine group of people will meet as determined by the leader of the group, each time for a specific reason. The Council of Representatives and any other part of Congress can have joint meetings at any time. Specific powers of each Congressional Power will be listed in the Checks and Balances section.
Government; Part 2; The Senate This group of up to [60] representatives elected by the people will serve as a part of the Congress, to decide what decisions get approved, or declined. These fine group of people will meet as determined by the leader of the group, each time for a specific reason. The Council of Representatives and any other part of Congress can have joint meetings at any time. Specific powers of each Congressional Power will be listed in the Checks and Balances section.
Government; Part 3; The Leader This official, decided by the Congress, is the Commander of the Military, and the leader of the overall nation. No part of Congress/the overall government has too much power, and especially not the Leader. The Leader, if being elected, must have held a government position previously.
Government; Part 4; The Alarian Court This section of government can contain [6] government officials, elected by members of the Senate, the Council, and the Leader.
Government; Part 5; The Powers I'm going to form the powers section like this, Example1 -----> Example2 (showing the powers that Example1 has over Example2), I will display the powers like this,
Example1 -----> Example2 Powers to ______________ and ______ and also, in fact, to ____. And maybe _____.
---
Council -----> Senate Approve laws regarding the pods Veto laws approved by the Senate
Council/Senate -----> Leader Veto laws Impeach Leader
Council/Senate -----> Court Vote on new Court members Impeach court members
Senate -----> Council Veto laws approved by the Council. Approve laws regarding the armies, or wars
Leader -----> Council/Senate Approve/veto laws created by the Council/Senate
Leader -----> Court Appoints justices
Court -----> Senate/Council/Leader Declare acts unjust
III. Armies Armies; Part 1; List of Armies
• List of Armies•
•Flame Army• Led By; [TBD]
•Buzzard Army• Led By: [TBD]
•Tiger Army• Led By: [TBD]
•Blizzard Army• Led By: [TBD]
•Storm Army• Led By: [TBD]
•Frost Army• Led By: [TBD]
•Ice Army• Led By: [TBD]
Armies; Part 2; Basics Once member of an army, a schedule will be posted and you will be linked to it (on the forums), and you will need to be ready to have nice little fun practice battles with each other army. These are solely for practice and you can't hate people with a burning passion over this, because we'll need you to work together.
Armies; Part 3; Purpose Army's purposes are for when we go to war, we have a separation of groups of our military to work with. We also need them so that Commanders of armies can view you more closely, and get a better look at you, (more promotion chance? ;])
IV: Promotions
Promotions; Part 1; Overview You will be promoted in the main group but you will as you are in your army/pod. Being promoted in the main group means you have more responsibility as a CITIZEN of the group, and not as a soldier. You may be asked to have a say more in things, have more privileges at forts, to be a role model to other members, etc. etc.
Promotions; Part 2; Do's and Don't's Promotion DO's - Promotion DON'T's ______________ _________________ Use common sense. Spam the wall Defend bases frequently Ask for promotions Attend battles/trainings Represent us terribly/badly Be ethical Follow the rules
V: Rules
•NO discrimination of any sorts. Seriously. •Be ethical and use common sense, as stated previously, meaning anything not on here can also be rule-breaking, just use your mind •No breaking ROBLOX rules while at a fort of ours •Free speech is allowed, but no putting anyone else down ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
III. Why should we elect you? For many reasons, I have plentiful past experience, I've learned from the best, and I'm quite a good politician and diplomat. I will lead UAF to the spot where it needs to be, at the top, and I think I have the ideas to accomplish that. If you elect me, I will be the PEOPLE's leader, not my own leader. I don't just say that for the extra *pizazz*, I say that for real. I will do what YOU want in UAF. I feel that that is quite important in leading a clan.
VI. How can I help? If you want to help restore the future of UAF, either private message me, or just support on this forum, or anything else posted about this.
Thank you so much for reading, Mojkrt.

ok firstly 'MOOJL has said previously that if 65% of UAF supports a cause, then he will have to pass it.' he said he'd be LIKELY to comply if 65% of a group of TRUSTED UAF members voted him out you're not even in UAF, let alone a trusted member
secondly i appreciate the ender's game reference but that system doesn't even differ much from what UAF has already

it's a basic government while UAF may be a slightly simpler version of the same basic government, it's good BECAUSE of it's simplicity this is just adding more pointless ranks to pad out the UAF HICOM, which doesn't need padding out at all

| what UAF needs is checks and balances, and that's the core statement of this whole thing. |

"The Leader, if being elected, must have held a government position previously."
Then you can't be the leader, because you've never held a government position previously within UAF.

@discoheaven
that doesn't really apply right now, as I said "if being elected", and this hasn't been put into effect yet. |

'what UAF needs is checks and balances, and that's the core statement of this whole thing.'
no it isn't, the core statement appears to be padding
like i said it's essentially the pre-existing UAF HICOM except with more ranks that would essentially do the same thing
the reason that the US has a complicated government is because they NEED a complicated government because a country is marginally more complicated than a clan on a kid's game
if anything i'd say the current UAF system is a LOT better because there's 3 options for your career path right now, whereas with your system it would be implied that fighting is the only thing that matters

You'd have to be elected to take the Commander position before you could even institute this.
If this is how you believe electing a leader should be done, then you would be a hypocrite to go against those principles just to serve your own purpose.

If you think UAF's dying, you don't ever deserve to lead it, or its people.
