Japan is a wonderful place, heard by many people around the world. If your looking for adventure, its all over in Japan! Ancient places lurk around Japans finest cities, mainly Tokyo.
In Tokyo you'll see many Japanese advertisements on giant television boards on buildings, not many cars roaming around either. HOWEVER, if you ever go to Japan .. AVOID .. THE.. SUBWAY!
The subway is the most crowded spot you'll ever see, EVER. Literally, you have to be squished into a bullet train ( I hear bullet trains are most common in Japan..), you would be awful lucky if you managed to get into a seat.. Believe me.
There are also a lot of anime channels out there, specifically for JUST anime.. (This is my favorite part of Japan)..
Even better, Japan doesn't get many murders / shootings .. Stuff like that annually. In fact, on my 6 month trip there, the only killings I saw was 2 murders at nearby cities. . . 2 murders in 6 months is quite, peaceful rather.
If you don't like fish, you'll may not want to eat out often. A ton of places serve mainly sushi, orange chicken, .. and RICE. Rice is the most eaten food in Japan, next to sushi. Fish (Even live fish), rice, and orange chicken is just about all you'll see in most places.
Lastly, the homes are beautiful.. However not the cheapest in the world. (: .. Also, if you want to get a hotel room , you better know Japanese.. There aren't many hotel owners that speak English from what I've seen =/
Anyway, if you want to see Japanese currency look below:::
1$ = 100 yen
It makes a lot more sense if you replace yen with the word pennies, because 100 pennies = 1$.
1000 yen would be 1000 pennies, otherwise known as 10$. Just think yen is pennies, and you'll be able to know how much to pay a cashier (: |

What is the point of anime channels in Japan if I don't even know Japanese? Are they subbed or something? I hope they are.
No offence but I dislike traditional Japanese home interiors a lot.
I don't have a problem with fish. But I will definitely not eat raw fish everyday.
That's all I have to say. |
