Ever wondered why I've been strict to you at trainings, defenses, raids? It's for YOUR own good. I may be a strict General, but I don't play. Here's what I tell the division F.E.A.R. Covert Ops. "When it's time to be serious, be serious. When there's time for immaturity, go ahead have the time" I can be fun sometimes, mean, harsh. It all depends on our event, activity, or what ever. We all HR's are here to help YOU, become a HR. One day you'll become a Colonel, or a General. It's all depending on YOU and YOUR actions. I'm strict, I will admit to it. Most of you may call me "The Most Strict General" I'm here to help you all. I'm here to benefit FEAR. If you were at a training, and you couldn't calm it down, what other action is to be put? Discipline? Strictness? Yes, exactly. FEAR needs more discipline, that's why I'm strict. As soon as a trainer requests silence, it's best to give the trainer silence. We should be professional, we should give EVERYONE in FEAR respect. Treat others as you would want to be treated. Being strict, can involve being the following as you would conclude saying "Mean, Rude, Horrible" Yes, some of you would call a STRICT HR that. There's reasons to be strict. You'll figure them out as you advance in your FEAR Career. When you're an HR, you will know how it feels, to handle 130k members. Being strict, leads to a more disciplined clan, very mature, skilled. If we can have the Co-Operation with each other, and instead of YELLING, we could get things accomplished. Let's say, we're at a training, the trainer wants to teach Gun Fighting, how can that task be accomplished, when everyone just runs on their mouths? We have one choice, is to enforce and be strict. We all need to follow orders, Co-Operation. That is the key to success. More Co-Operation leads to less strictness, and more discipline. I just wanted to point this matter out with everyone.

| Being Strict, leads to a disciplined clan. That's the way I'll put it. |

| Of course, Sir. Being strict makes the training more disciplined and people follow orders. Without it people would be killing each other and roaming trainings with not clothes on. |

Neel, I agree with what you're saying, yes. But I must say, I disagree with how you're trying to commence your goal of improving the discipline matter within the clan. Right now, you're losing sight of what the clan is, and what it needs to be. Discipline is a rather interesting matter, because it can be taught without completely making events with the clan boring. It's as simple as teaching someone the rights and wrongs on the clan, and supporting the rights as will as disproving the wrongs.
Losing sight of what makes a clan isn't healthy for both the user, the clan, and it's members. I've seen it before, and I know where it leads. |

0T? Discipline is good, but super clans aren't meant for it. They aren't compatible.

Ha, I agree.
Even if I'm somewhat out of the clan world. |
