I'll type this with grammar so you guys can take this question more seriously.
So I live in the country. I moved into this house about 3-5 months ago. The previous owners foreclosed on the house almost 2 years ago. They had a pitbull, Nana. The family was moving to an apartment so they couldn't take the dog. Instead of putting the dog into caring hands, they released her into the orchards that surround my house. Recently (Wednesday) we took her into our care because she finally came up to us (she always walked away barking before). So we made her a little home in the room in our garage, but we weren't sure about introducing Nana to our family's golden retriever, Fern. They're both females and they both consider my family "their people". They both live(ed) in this house before. We tried to introduce them tonight but they wound up almost killing each other. We want Nana to become an inside dog (especially because shes being spayed on Monday and we don't want her to have to recover in the garage).
Help?

Hm..
You could get some of your Golden Retreiver's things and let the Pitbull sniff them. Like her bed, some toys, dog bowl, ect. That way the Pitbull can get used to the smell of your Golden Retreiver. The same for your inside dog; Bring some of the Pitbull's things inside, just around the house.
After that, you could try maybe bringing them somewhere outside on a leash together, and make sure they get close enough to smell but not touch. If they don't bark, ect. then bring them closer. They're probably going to bark... So just try this often. Soon enough, this will possibly work and they'll be ok with eachother.
This is just an idea, but it did work for my two cats. :P
Oh and you're lucky. I've always wanted a big dog like a Golden Retreiver, but instead my mother bought a 6lbs Pomeranian.
