I can't find any for BEGINNERS. And its known as UnityScript. You can use Boo C# Or UnityScript, which is a form of JS. |

@Xh
I've used unity for a long time and have never seen javascript referred to as UnityScript. Then again, I don't ever use JS for developing in unity so >.> |

| Learn C# , JavaScript is no real programming language, but a scripting language. |

| JavaScript/UnityScript is better since thats what is made with Unity, C#/Boo is just a language you can use. |

| C# gives a lot more functionality options that you cannot get with JS. And don't say it doesn't, I learned this from experience. |

JS is much weaker, and with any C you can write your own executables. It will help you more than JS. Can JS access the RAM directly? Can it load tons of different libraries? I don't think so. |

@breuning There are a lot of changes to both languages whenever you have to use them in Unity. |

| Don't think they would let a rookie game design teen use that. Even, JavaScript in Unity can do the same things C# or Boo can in Unity. |

| That isn't true dude, JS in Unity was BUILT for it. It would have more in any case. |

| I can't think of the exact case however, I remember when I was just starting with Unity I used JS and then ran into a lot of problems. Whenever I switched to C#, all of those limitations that JS had were gone. There are a lot of features that JS doesn't handle right. Take it from someone who actually DEVELOPS IN UNITY and not someone like you who is THINKING ABOUT developing in unity. |

Thats not a game, thats just interactive. Not the same thing.
Even I have a plan, learn UnityScript, and later on, if I wwanna carry on with Unity, I'll do C#. |

It functions the same, and it was a professional job... Which either way is a lot more experience with the engine than you having a plan........
Not to mention I am currently in development of a wrestling game for both android and iOS in unity... |

| Thing is... Thats you. You may be an adult for all I know.You suggest C#/Boo, though I don't wish to learn C#/Boo at the time, for I am more of a 3D modeler then a programmer, so I wish to begin with US. |
