I NEVER ASKED FOR THESE FEELS
Seriously, that storyline reminds me of my grandfather losing it to dementia. Granted, the guy used to be abusive and once drunkenly set my grandmother's curtains on fire and began laughing, but it's still sad watching someone repeat the same story three times in a row, not realizing it, and spending his days watching old westerns that he doesn't remember in a matter of minutes after he finishes them. |

I didn't even tell you about the fight that I intentionally lost to prove a point, or the time I watched my aunts viciously beat one another in a half asleep state of mild rage and amusement

My grandfather thought I was my dad when he was younger and didn't know who my dad was or he would think my dad was his cousin
At other times though his memory would click back to normal
