What are you basing this on?
Roman Empire? Ottoman Empire? Spanish Empire? British Empire? Mongol Empire? Soviet Union? Japanese Empire? N@zi Germany?
Did you forget all of those, Holy Roman Empire is nothing compared to the other Empires that I listed here in the same general time period. |

| What's so important about having the Dutch in them, the Mongol Empire pretty much had all of Asia, the Romans surrounded the Mediterranean, the British and Spanish took the entire American continent and parts of Africa. The Soviet Union was the first to send an animal to space. |

I can say some pretty great stuff about my country too right now, so can anyone else from the world.
The Brits would reply saying they have an even larger navy

I am Lebanese and I can say that the Phoenicians had colonies all over the Mediterranean, I can say that the Carthage was an amazing empire that nearly destroyed the Romans. I can say the Phoenicians mastered ship building and became an empire of trade.
Look at Lebanon now, not much of what is used to be. |

Russia really declined over the years, it's still pretty powerful, but most Americans see China as a threat more than Russia.
Brazil is growing, it's an industrial giant, but it doesn't have that global reach that the US or UK have.
Nigeria? Really, it's a rich country full of poor people. Lebanese go there all the time and make fortunes out of it.
Syria is destroyed completely, it just gone. If this keep sup no one will be hearing from Syria anymore. I'm living right next to Syria and I've visited it during the times when the war just calmed down a bit in the generally unharmed areas. |
