| TF2, much more fun and actually balanced, unlike CoD. |

Wait... What?
TF2 isn't in the same genre as CoD. CoD is a semi-realistic, ironsights, ganking, competitive game.
TF2 is a crosshair, casual, friday fun night, and totally not realistic game.
Now CoD versus Counter Strike is another matter.

Hate me if you have to, but here goes: Call of Duty
TF2 consists of try-hard elitists that prevent me from enjoying the experience of TF2. What baffles me further is the idea behind the community that the more money you spend on this allegedly-free game, the better/more experienced you are. It's just ridiculous, and it just makes for an unbelievably unintuitive game.
The CoD community, while immature and comparable to the island from Lord of the Flies, is at least SOMEWHAT accepting of newer players (I can speak from experience, as someone who picked it up as a 7th grader in 2009.) The argument that the little kids ruin the experience is a moot point if you can at least remember that you're mature than them (or if you're like me, you play on the PC, and it's a non issue from the beginning.)
So yes, my vote goes to CoD. |
