@Metal:
It's a designated day where many stores place a majority of their stuff on major discounts for a few hours early in the morning. The discounts are usually the best at around store opening, sometimes around Midnight, and usually begin to become less major around 9 AM.
Personally, some Black Friday sales are not that good. I had a larger percent discount (roughly a 70% discount) when I went shopping last weekend than when I do my Black Friday shopping (Roughly a 50/60% discount). |
