UCR is only doing bad because it's people are doing bad.
Let's break it down ladies and gentlemen.
[Stable Clans]
- Consistent ideals - Consistent leader - Stable leader - Majority Participation - Developmental skills - Innovative skills - Internal Stability - Communication skills
[United Clan of ROBLOX]
- Inconsistent ideals - Constantly changing leader - Stable leader* - Minor Participation - Few Developmental skills - Few innovative skills - Internal instability - Lack of communication skills
--
That is the basic analysis of a Stable Clan in comparison to UCR Shall I give evidence to my claims?
--
[United Clan of ROBLOX]
- Inconsistent ideals; Constant shift in ideas and reforms (/regimes) have lead to the inconsistent ideals within UCR. No one thinks exactly alike and this has volatile effects on the stability of the clan's interns.
- Constantly changing leader; Clans that have their primary leader over an extended period of time tend to last longer. This is because that leader has a certain charisma and skill to him that others don't. With UCR, because it is constantly changing, not only does UCR have short bursts of activity to inactivity but authority is constantly coming into question. What happens when one day your best friend is the only guy left to own your favorite group? Can you take him seriously? I doubt it. It's hard to cope with that. That is what UCR has to cope with.
- Stable leader*; UCR's leader, Trick555, is actually very calm and stable. This would be a lot more meaningful of an attribute to UCR if the leadership of UCR wasn't in constant motion.
- Minor Participation; Few people ever show up to a UCR game. It's the same few people that showed up last year and the year before. This is killing the communal efforts in UCR. Now everybody knows everybody else, and if one does not know the other they become hostile to each other. Because everyone is witnessing constant regime change everyone feels like it's a waste of time now. Sense the activity has short bursts you're looking at a dry period in which we slowly stop recruiting. Eventually, those participants will leave and the clan will die.
- Few Developmental skills; UCR doesn't have a regime that has aims to develop upon the community of UCR. In fact it is busy 80% of the time on arguing and trying to find people who can help it. Usually that leads to arguments.
- Few innovative skills; UCR's administration wasn't capable of innovating to expected heights. Mainly because of all the other issues going on, there isn't really time to care about big projects (and no developmental resources to do so anyways).
- Internal instability; UCR's members are sort of corrupted. All the regime change has left the upper cabinet and middle cabinet (Council, Senate) almost at war. Like the Roman Empire after Nero's death, there is a struggle between high ranking staff leading armies of supporters into political debates and discussions. This leads to flame and further conflicts of interest. More recently it has slowed down, but nevertheless the lack of authority and participation from high ranking staff has left UCR's members to fend for themselves in regards to the practice of law and order.
- Lack of communication skills; Most of UCR's problems tend to stem from communication errors. This comes in a number of defined and undefined forms, and I have yet to continue study of this aspect. From what I have gathered so far, a lot of the incidents reported relate to territorial conflict and petty acts of ill-comportment.
--
All these factors combined can only mean the clan does poorly. Who's to blame for this? To be honest ladies and gentlemen, it's all of our faults. Sure, the leader is responsible for the high ranks being put in check but after that all the work that those personnel (should be) put(ting) in, its up to the people of the clan to make it work.
Right now UCR's actual number of participating members is no more than a few thousand. I guarantee that number will shrink more so over the course of a year if we don't take advantage of the moment to fix ourselves.
What will it take to fix ourselves? What is the COST of fixing UCR?
I can tell you all right now it is a big cost to fix UCR. To truly amend the many wrongs done with either a.) cost time or b.) cost resources. What will it take? It would take everybody to actually STEP IT UP. I mean seriously, we can't even show up to orion anymore? No one is decent enough to bare our uniform? No one can bother to at least type properly anymore.
We lack ideals because we gave people the freedom to ignore us. We gave people the freedom to abuse freedom to an extent that has backfired on UCR. I'm all for rights, but where are the rules?
[Conclusion]
I am allegedly a criminal and a moron in UCR for my words and my actions. However all of my actions were aimed to cleanse UCR of the wrongs of the leaders and high ranks. If you don't crack down on the clan's flaws, the clan will crack due to the same flaws.
Only the people of UCR, high ranks I include you in this, can fix UCR. I don't care if any of you think that because I left I am not able to speak. The irony here is I've had no ground to speak on because the clan's past leaders were naive and egotistical enough to believe they were right.
Hopefully, you all understand what for so long was common knowledge. |

TL;DR version: UCR changes leaders too many times, UCR argues too much, UCR can't create tech, UCR's high ranks are terrible, UCR's low ranks are somewhat corrupt, UCR members lack communication skills. *Insert reasoning here*
No you are not a moron for your actions, your actions were given at an inappropriate time that angered and annoyed TE, which resulted in your exile.

but seriously; people ranting about UCR are honestly garbage.
at the same time, people who try to fix UCR but can't stay with it because they're unable to deal with people getting at them are also garbage |
