I'm making something that lowers everyone's gravity. How do you do this? I know it's possibly because of the Gravity Coil.

| You can't lower gravity, but you can use a BodyThrust and stuff like that. |

| Use BodyForce! Insert it into the Torso, and it won't really do anything until you really start to turn the power of it up. |

BodyForce or BodyThrust can do the trick.

roblox/newtonian physics 101:
The gravitational acceleration on earth is 9.81m/s 20 roblox studs are 1 meter in real life so..
9.81*20 = 196.2 studs/second.
the amount of force exerted on an object under gravity is equal to the acceleration multiplied by the objects Mass
so,
force = workspace.Part:GetMass() * 196.2 workspace.Part.BodyForce.force = Vector3.new(0,force,0)
will cancel out all gravity.
multiply force by 0.5 for half gravity.. multiply by 0.1 for 10% gravity.. and so on for whatever you want. |
