Patrick and Schweitzer look good for the Dems
and for the Republicans
Jeb or Christie would get the most support I'd expect maybe even sadly, Paul Ryan |

| I don't think mayor of a city is a strong enough qualification for the presidency in the eyes of voters. |

Is a pretty major city.
It's also an executive position.
Senator is a Legislative one, and if that is qualification for JFK and Obama....

| I think it's either got to be L.A., NYC, or Chicago for anybody to think it's enough. I realize it's pretty sizable but I still think he's underqualified. It would be difficult for him to win a statewide position so I don't know that he has a path to the presidency. |

Joey Biden would throw all the dems and the reps the birdie, say everything that everyone else has said is bs, and would win the election by a margin of 30,000,000 votes, and would hit 270 electoral votes before the rep candidate got 1 state. then Biden would serve eight consecutive terms.

intelligent*
I'd say some qualified people are
Democrats- Daniel Inouye: President Pro tempore of the Senate (Hawaii) Patty Murray: Caucus secretary (Washington) Richard Durbin: Senate Majority whip (Illinois) Chuck Schumer: Caucus vice chairman (New York) John Larson: Houser Caucus chairman Xavier Becerra: co-chairman house caucus
Republicans- Mitch McConnel: Minority leader, senate (Kentucky) Jon Kyl: Minority whip, senate (Arizona) John Thune: Conference chairman, senate (South Dakota) Eric Cantor: House majority leader

@Dx I wouldn't consider them likely candidates, except for maybe Thune.
@Awesome Why does that rule her out? |
