As most of you know, there are a lot of people who want the old ROBLOX back. (2007-2009 era.) So if you have something people want, that's a good way for ROBLOX to make money. As in real money, not R$.
So here's my idea: There could be a portion of the site, or an alternate site, that is the old ROBLOX. It has the old site template, build/edit modes, and the games page would only contain games last edited before 2009, OR that were made with the classic build modes on said new site.
BUT, to access it, you must pay an initial fee/ subscription fee/ have obc, etc etc. That way, more people might play roblox, roblox could multiply their income by around 1.5x, and nobody would complain for old ROBLOX anymore. This is a mutual benefit and I don't see any downsides, but if you do please PM me.
Some things would be edited, like the antihack could still be there, and if completely necessary, square studs. So this is just a rough idea but I would appreciate it so much if you did something like this. Thanks for reading my post! :)
Please try to get a mod to see this, any ROBLOXians reading! |

WNTS Not suggesting undoing updates. Also who wants to go back to some laggy cheap version where there will still be trolls and scammers.

| Why can't it be free but just have ads on it to pay for it? I like the idea though. Another problem would be that the current ROBLOX would loose so many members who would just switch over, then people would join the new one... Then, it wouldn't have made a difference. |

^Title fix.
And stop crying for old ROBLOX back. ROBLOX didn't update the site just to undo all of the updates they worked really hard on! How ould you like it if you made a cool website and updated it a lot just to have people complain about wanting the old version back. |

I say they should make people who are 09 and under (and in 2013 maybe 2010 and under) have a free "old roblox"

So you pay them for them to downgrade your game?
Nope.

1. I AM NOT SAYING ANY UPDATES TO THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE UNDONE WHAT-SO-EVER. THIS ROBLOX WILL NOT CHANGE AT ALL. I'm suggesting there is an ALTERNATE WEBSITE that is classic ROBLOX.
2. I'm not a veteran whining about lame new updates, and this does not involve nostalgia at all. It could make money for ROBLOX and make more people have fun on it.
3. It will not just replace the current ROBLOX, make it less popular, then not change anything because the same amount of money. That is WRONG, because there would be a paid subscription fee.
4. I think this makes good use of facts and is quite sensible. |
