| Presuming you are a kid (this is Roblox) doing resistance training is only going to damage your muscles and stop them developing, you have no reason to work out at this age. |

I've been doing waterpolo since I was 7,and still do 4 times a week. and 4 months ago started going to the gym twice a week, too.
there's not a problem with going to the gym while you're still a kid.
They won't let you do weights, any how. |

| There is a difference between doing resistance and cardiovascular workouts. Resistance should really be more developed older people, 16+ would be ok in my eyes, and cardiovascular as young as possible really. Since that just keeps you fit and increases stamina. |
