See, you know how when you have a new message, right by the message button, it has a number one? Well, I have absolutely no new messages, yet there's been a random number one hovering beside my message button all day! IT'S DRIVING ME INSANE!! D:<
I've tried logging out and logging back in, then using a different browser, shutting off and turning back on the computer, and honestly, I don't know what else to try. Does any magical glitch-fixing genius know what to do in this situation? :o |

Did you try to clear your cache?

Dear Brynn, You can manually fix this. F12 OR F12 on Internet explorer and or google chrome, then find a script that says "Message.exe = value.1 end()" on the "1" make it "0". Then you're good. |

@KingJas
Yes, I found the script, but then the problem was finding the actual number I needed to change... |

OR... You can try looking through your inbox for any messages you've forgotten to open.

Cache means there's some memory inside your browser... You may need to clear it (It may seem similar to your browsers "cookies")

I said OLD messages. Maybe she forgot to open a message a while ago.

| Trust me, there are absolutely no old messages. The glitch had something to do with refreshing the tab while opening a new message, or something of that sort. |
