REMEMBER: Stamina takes time and do static stretching, and if you're overweight, remember, losing weight is based about 80% on your diet
NOTE: Remember, this trains certain muscles, it won't improve how long you can sprint for, just jog but if you did lose weight with this, you should be able to sprint longer.
Week 0 - 3
Jog for 3 minutes straight, 2 minute break, repeat 10 times
Week 4 - 7
Jog for 5 minutes straight, 2 minute break repeat 10 times
Week 8 - 11
Jog for 6 minutes straight, 1 minute break, repeat 10 times
Week 12 - 15
Jog for 8 minutes straight, 1 minute break, repeat 10 times
Week 16 - 19
Jog for 10 minutes, 30 second break, repeat 5 times

A,B,C = Day you workout, X = Day off, represents a week, get a fair amount of protein before your workout and eat healthily, preferably 3 hours before your jog and get lots of liquids into your body |

No, it's not.
If you regulate your calories, fat, and carb intake, you will see results even if you don't workout.
But if you do the opposite, and workout but don't watch your calories/carbs/etc. intake, results will be extremely slow.
For people who think they can workout and eat lots of calories/carbs/etc.
