I'm asking this as in why do you believe in such? Have you ever really thought about what you believe or do you do it because your parents made you do so throughout your childhood?
What is your reasoning? |

Thanks, brat. |

@aelistas
Yes, I know that he's a troll that no one likes, but still I can't resist bringing that up. |

I believe in god.
Contrary to popular belief, no I am not brainwashed by my parents and since I'm highly skeptical, I question my beliefs frequently, but at the end of the day I see reason in the beliefs in the first place.

| I'm not even fluent in Russian, unlike sinii, and yet most people either voted for you or tiberius1. |

my reasoning is that it is better to. No proof against it and the Bible actually does point to the order of Earth forming, first with life in the water and lastly with the most advanced (the humans)
and also all atheists I ever met are rude about it, and so even if i didnt think like that, i'd probably be turned away from them, because i dont like people who shove stuff constantly down others
which is why i dont even actually have an official religion or anything |

Dx, how is it better to?
There is no proof FOR it, and I frankly disagree with your claim that the bible gives a remotely decent explanation. |

Aelista's ignorant. Not to mention a hypocrite, based off of other forum posts.
This is a long story for me. I've never been an atheist. I knew that there was some sort of higher power. I knew this because weird things have just happened in my family. Basically ghosts, but not the way you'd imagine. I don't know what they were. No, not horror movie crap, but real stuff. They're like people; some are good and not as many are bad. That entire topic is debatable anyway, but not the point so don't try to argue against that because it was just my experience. My parents were always Christians and raised me to be that way, but that doesn't mean that I didn't have fears or doubts. All of this kind of came to me at once, and it was really things that happened all at once during my hard time when I was deciding for the rest of my life if there's a god or not. My grandpa died, who I was very close to, around April of last year. Before I say the rest, I need to mention a couple things. 1) I was born with a certain medical condition I'm not naming on here. For that, I have to wear an artificial leg. 2) I was planning on having a major surgery to help me walk, but out of state.
My grandpa had cancer, and he ended up beating it. Nearly a week after he got the news that it was completely gone, he had a stroke due to smoking. He knew that it was the last time he'd live. He even said he saw Jesus before he could talk again, and he also wasn't very religious. After that he was in a coma for the next week before he died.
This had a bad impact on all of my distant family on that side. I'm not going to mention things that happened on here, either. There was this digital picture frame that my grandma had, and it always worked perfectly normal. No glitches or anything. Only on the day of this major surgery, it was stuck on a picture of him holding me when I was a baby. It was in a circle, right next to a poem. The poem perfectly fit with the situation, talking about people who aren't there when you need them to be. I also have photo evidence of this, but others would call it fake so I'm not going to post anything. More things happened later on that acted as more proof for me that my grandpa would be able to see me walk without assistance for the first time in my life even though he died. On the same picture, you could tell that it wasn't a person. It was glitched together, you could even see black and white lines on the outside of the picture, and to the left of the image, you can see the end of the very right of the image like a glitch on an old TV screen. It also had a picture of him holding my cousin, also circled. He was going through a very difficult time. More than anyone else, really. On the same small picture frame, there was a verse from the Bible talking about faith. I also kept my doubts to myself. No one else knows about that part.
People are what they are based off of their own experiences and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. I won't let anyone else tell me.
Later on, I got into creation science, found that evolution (the only thing making me worry other than sad events) was a load of crap, and then I wanted to share this with other people. This isn't even half of the evidence I have, this is just my most recent. |

Congratulations, you've lost any shred of credibility or respect you might have had. |
