This includes but not limited to --------------------------------
- Split-screen - keyboard buttons (that would act like a mouse) - guest players under a user's name (like mrpricetoyou(guest))
Roblox could make multiplayer that allowed to people using the same computer play with each other, they could have a button for a sign-in mid-game and it would sign that player as yournamehere(guest) and they would play at the same time. I understand there is one mouse but there could be buttons on the keyboard that act like a mouse and one player could choose to use WASD or arrow keys. The guest acts like a actual player and can be assigned on a different team then the other player allowing split-screen combat against one and the other. |

| It does sound difficult but it's optional so only if you want to have split-screen (which this is the only way) then you go through this difficulty (which wont be so difficult after you get used to it). |

| Sadly, the main reason as to why it won't work is because some games utilize the majority of your keyboard, which can mess with multiplayer functions. plus, it would be absolutely ridiculous to see two players nearly destroying a keyboard by mashing certain buttons. |

Players can choose if they want multiplayer in their game for those games that utilize keyboard functions.
@jrbowling Have you read the recent stickies? Then you shall not give no support without detail and they also ask for your best spelling and grammar so please try for both. |

| Half support. Maybe if you had a friend in game you could split screen with him/her. |

Nope. Split screen is usually for console games that have free range, or when players can get separated easily (such as the SR and MP series).
Most games that have an online mode have no need to utilize split screen, due to it's awkward nature.
In shot terms, just have your friend bring a second computer.

Title fix.
Sounds like a beast idea to me. Reminds me of the Key0 Key1 thing from Atomic Bomberman. You can assign 2 keyboard players. I have Key0 (PL1) set as Up: Up Arrow Key Down: Down Arrow Key Left: Left Arrow Key Right: Right Arrow Key Action1: Space Action2: Enter
And Key1 (PL2)is Up: W Down: S Left: D Right: A Action1: Ctrl Action2: F So Key1 can play one-handed (Right hand) sitting on the left side of Key0. It works on my desktop computer at home. Although the Mouse issue IS a problem... but for that I guess you can connect two mice to the comp and select one of them as Mouse2 somehow, but IDK how that would work. Maybe GuestPlayer could only walk around and not build or use tools? That way they could check out ROBLOX's basic idea. And you could also connect a second keyboard to your comp nowadays via USB port if you have one available. It's a good idea but needs work... dunno what it needs though. |

@Drift This isn't atomic bomberman. [Insert "300" joke here]
Seriously, though. The mouse is not the only concern. Certain games (http://www.roblox.com/Black-Magic-TEST-place?id=13865608 for example) have certain buttons attributed to certain actions. This would certainly end up in a twister-like mess, as there are not enough keys to accommodate every action in those types of games.

| The mouse is NOT the problem. Since most mice today are USB, C++ can interact with two of them. However, the problem comes in with laptops, small monitors and non-HD monitors. When you split the screen, text becomes harder to read, and go figure, so does every object on the screens. Plus, I don't understand why you'd want to have splitscreen on a computer game anyways. |
