In order to get something like healthcare, you have to give something up.
national healthcare increases costs and decreases quality. The Free Market does the opposite, thanks to the power of competition. |

Canadian healthcare is horrible. Some people die from waiting for their MRI or what not. Seriously, the wait times here are terrible.
