I have [I think] a great idea of how we can reward our soldiers with promotions. I agree. the AP system is too complicated and difficult to tend to. Here are some ideas I have came up with: ________________________________________________________________________________
1 - Traditional system. )Soldier's rank based upon skill, grammar, experience, loyalty, etc. )Promotion request goes through higher ranks, may be vetoed. )Only in effect until Officer Class ranks, which are based upon leadership, loyalty, and trust among Fly and other High Ranks.
2-AP System revised. )Same system, except the soldier is completely responsible for keeping up with their points. )Fewer points given out, but fewer points to reach a new rank. )Once you reach the points required for the rank, the soldier is reviewed by higher ranks and others. If approved, the rank is achieved. )Max of 2 AP points given out only for participation, max 5 for any cause (including participation).
3- US Navy Competition system. ) A group is selected (typically 5-10 people of same rank) and reviewed. ) Selection - of that group, a meeting will occur to see which members of the group deserve the promotion the most. Only 2 can be promoted from the group. ) There can be an occasion where no one is selected. )This style INCREASES DEDICATION and the want to be promoted, but in some cases will DECREASE teamwork.
-I prefer the US Navy style system. It looks the best.

| All three are decent and proper, But NOBODY has the navy one, I like it :3! |

| Yup. I did some research on it, and edited it to fit our style. It looks epic. |
