Legitimate question, I know one of you have to be on.
I'm a little unclear with the new rule seeing as saying damn and hell wasn't a ban-able offence before. |

| Whether or not it is, it is still bad, and shouldn't be said. |

Brix,
That's up for debate and that's why I'd like mod clarification. |

| Brix is right, it is accounted for as swearing, and kids should not do it at all. |

How is it up for debate? The rules clearly said
~* Not everything is in the rules *~
You are expected to abide by the spirit of these rules we’ve given you and try to be a good ROBLOX citizen. We cannot list absolutely every little rule and we do not appreciate Rules Lawyers who try to find loopholes to get away with bad behavior. |

| People who try to find loopholes and/or do one, it makes the ban last longer as it's breaking the rule even more. |

| Again up for debate seeing as we think of it as swearing, but because religion isn't supposed to be expressed on ROBLOX the meanings are perfectly fine. |

@Brixmaster, The thing is, if it wasn't a ban-able offense BEFORE, that means that it wasn't bad in their prosepective.
@OP I doubt it is. That is a debatable topic that would always have pros/cons. |

I think it should matter on how you use it, if it was insulting as in: That fish is D****ed to H*** it shouldn't be allowed. But if it was D**** as in darnet! It should be allowed but I don't see the difference between darn and da**. The word H*** shouldn't be allowed on here for one it's religious, second of all it's not always used goodly. |

Voi,
It does, actually. If we're talking in religious terms the words are bad. If we aren't the words have nothing wrong with them at all.
Damn and hell are both only shamed upon in religious sense, not non-religious. |

| No, religion has nothing to do in this as you just can't blame anything else. |

Voi,
It does... what do you not get about this...
The words damn and hell are ONLY bad if we're talking in the sense OF RELIGION.
I'm going to do some copy past just for you. ^.^
Damn;
Verb: (in Christian belief) (of God) condemn (a person) to suffer eternal punishment in hell. Exclamation: Expressing anger, surprise, or frustration. Adjective: Used for emphasis, esp. to express anger or frustration: "turn that damn thing off!"; "don't be so damn silly!".
Hell;
Noun: A place regarded in various religions as a spiritual realm of evil and suffering (None religious). Exclamation: Used to express annoyance or surprise.
