In the interest of all you egotystical guys who dream of being heroes, this is the thing for you.
In the Stormcloak Impensus Palace, there is a corridor running along side. The walls of ths corridor will be lined with images of great Stormcloaks who perform heroic deeds. Every two months, we will hold a tournament. This tournament will be grand, and will hopefully consist of all of the Syndicate, and the winner of this tournament will be carved into the corridor. Any one man who manages to gain two or more consecutive wins in the tournament will be invited to [SS:NL] Stormcloak Syndicate: The Nordic Legends.
But, Stormcloaks, there are other ways to be named a hero. Here's an example scenario: We are being raided - the enemies have breached the first wall and are on the verge of spilling into our keep. We have all given up hope and begun to leave in the belief we have no chance. You, however, are a great fighter, and rise up to the walls, charge down and smash through the enemy forces, single-handedly defeating their entire force and fixing the first gate. This would make you a hero.
Thank you for reading, Stormcloaks! ~ High King Hirad Rahvinson Stormcloak The Preserver. |

Hmm...
That scenario reminds me of an average battle... Only takes one person to turn the tide, but you'll still need backup from your team.

| I have an idea about this, how about all your allies leave and you stay to fight off the still-going raid but lose, lose with the Stormcloak mind. HOW ABOUT THAT? NOT EVERYBODY CAN WIN AGAINST LIKE 10 RAIDERS. |

| It's obvious that only a miracle could have someone single-handedly fight off an entire raiding group. Point being, if you were able to, THAT MIRACLE would make you a hero. Staying and fighting to the last would make you a great warrior, true, but being a hero means you did more than just fight. Being a hero means you beat the odds. Being a hero means you won. |
