How do I make a brick move like an arm swinging at a nail with a hammer?

Yes, because there is an obvious page on GetChildren(). Now what you are saying isn't ontopic. Please leave if you cannot contribute.

@Monkey Its not possible with CFrame. I mean the brick is locked on one side and the other side moves at an arch. You cannot do that with CFrame.

Yes you can. With Angles, and how can one side be locked?

... You guys don't even know what you're talking about. Tooltip is the tip that pops up above a tool if you set the boolean to do so... And no you cannot do the angles with a welded side.

You don't need to script it, haha. Use a motor. Then unanchor the brick when you want it to spin, |

Oh chop, I know what you mean. But I'm wanting this on just a brick in workspace. @Shoe That would be very unreliable.

It Dpends what you're doing. I've used motors for trap doors because I got lazy with CFrame.

Well, its suppose to be a humanoid that is hitting a hammer with a nail. So I would need the arm brick to move only at a Y axis, but also go at an arch but not spin.

If you only need that, you can change the DesiredAngle of the Character's Torso's Right(or left) Shoulder. Once you change it, it will reset back, so I think that can give you your desired "hitting with a hammer".

Yes just movement. Its just a brick on a loop that moves like a hammer hitting a nail. That's all.

Because one side is suppose to be attached and the other should move.
