| Basically, if you are 13+ and are not in the presence of an un-13+ account you can swear. It makes people who do swear feel less restricted. Like the BC hat icon, by the name tag there should be an icon to represent a 13+ account. So when there are no people on the server without the 13+ icon, people can swear to eachother. Just an idea, if you are against it please don't take you rage out on me in the comments! |

| What if people who are under 13 would lie about their age? |

| Well, to be honest they shouldn't be lying about their age in the first place. |

@Stan
1. That doesn't fix the problem 2. They have a right to lie about their age; being 11 and not being able to chat online, post comments, send/receive messages, or post on forums is ridiculous 3. ROBLOX doesn't enforce it anyways
@thread
Just because you're older doesn't mean you get to swear. |

| Well ROBLOX should fix the talking and not-talking problem and then ta-da, the younger ROBLOXians get the right to talk and the older ones get the right to swear. |

| I'm sure ROBLOX has the technology to improve their website. |

| Currently, there is no computer system in the whole world available that can determine a user's age automatically. |

| Yes, but you said people lie about their age so they can talk, did you not? If they could talk there would be no reason to lie. |

@Stan
They only have that so they can keep their Coppa Compliance and kid-friendly badges. They personally don't care themselves. |

| Well, maybe after the child has filled in the details for the account, the childs guardian is asked to also fill in the details also, if there is a differing detail, the ROBLOXian is automatically classed as a safechatter. |

I honestly don't see the point of become a 'cod' addict and swearing whenever you please. Swaring just shows your lack of vocab. and shows that you are unsocial. |

Sometimes, I just REALLY wanted to say some things to someone on a game...
But still no support. What if a little 7 year old lied about his/her age, then some big tough 16 year old comes and swears a storm (says all the BAD words with super BAD meanings), and then little 7 year old repeats them not knowing, and BOOM. "Son/Daughter, where'd you hear that?" "Roblox". Lawsuit.
That just came from my imagination, but you get the idea. |

| If people lie about their age then people swearing will be their problem. To be honest I think that all of you have lied about your age... |

| No support! ROBLOX is a kid-friendly site, and I used to lie about my age until I finally turned 13 (now I am 14) and who is to say that more kids are not going to lie about their age. Plus, you can't have a kid-friendly site if it says in the fine print "Users over 13 are allowed to swear." Plus, if I even drop one F-Bomb, my mouth gets washed out with soap, so what would the point be of swearing on the internet? |
