on the surface, it has taken 3 scoops of the soil and there all over. at first it was thought it was part of the rover, but now the NASA scientists say its native to Mars.
I hope I am not the only one wondering what this is or who at least finds this very interesting. E_E |

| We found water, now soil? Is Mars just a planet of dead organisms that failed to carry out evolution? |

| It could be something highly beneficial to humanity too. It could be a cheap to produce material that could be stronger than diamond or be used as a eco-friendly energy source. |

@Glosso, possibly!
@Neighborly, Mars has ice at its ice caps, water in its liquid state cannot exist on its surface. |

| With the guy who mentioned Mars once being a place with life, this could be the same system with trees to coal to diamonds, but with Mars' different gravity, it is probably different to normal diamonds. |

| @Zen, the diamond (if any) would be underground on Mars, as is on earth. they wouldn't be just sitting on the topsoil. and gravity has nothing to do with the formation of diamonds, its all heat and pressure. |

@goof
That's still water, just in a solid form. But I know what you mean. |

There might be lifeforms living deep down where the gravity is lower and where this diamond is and dropped it on the way back home. You're making me want to play SOlar Conquest...(ROBLOX game.)
