Principles for the Common Defense, Professionalism, and an Active Clan.
A.k.a. Sardalian Military Manual.

Commands. These will be a list of commands that are to be two or three letters, to ensure maximum efficiency.

TC: Team chat, all members use two percentage marks, ‘%%’ before speaking while on duty.
OM: On Me, this basically means ‘Follow’, or ‘Get in the Car’.
HN: Hide Name. Every member must have his name hidden if there is a HN script available.
LU: Line Up, this command basically has people line up in front of the person who called the LU.
STS: Side to Side.
S1: Stud 1, the default for LU. It means that everyone in Line Up must have their arms 1 stud apart.
FR: Face Right
FL: Face Left
FC: Face Center
FB: Face Back
VL: Vertical Line. This command has people line up behind the person who called the VL.
BA: Break Apart. If this command is called while people are in LU, then people form an arch, a semicircle, in front of the person who called the BA. If this command is called while people are in VL, then, each person with his/her number 1, or 2, depending on which spot he has in line. The member will Break Apart, and 1s will go side to side with the person in front, and 2s will go side to side with the second in line.
SU: Sword Up
SD: Sword Down
GU: Gun Up
GD: Gun Down
KoS: Kill on Sight
HF: Hold Fire
HP: Hold Position
RF: Right Flank
LF: Left Flank
CF: Center Flank
MF: Move Forward
GB: Go Back
UNK: Unknown
HOS: Hostile
GC: Game Chat. Not allowed for any member while on duty.
PC: Party Chat. More secure than TC.
CSM: Capitalize Sir/Ma’am. This command is issued if a member fails to capitalize ‘Sir’, or ‘Ma’am’.
AE: Auto Eject. It’s basically the stack.
RP: Rally Point Here.
__________________________________________________________________
Speaking Phases.
F-Phase: Freestyle. This is default when members are off duty, at an official base, yet no raiders or UNKs. Members do not have to use ‘TC’, and they may talk to UNKs.
TAN-Phase: Talk as Needed. This is default when there is a raid going on. Members must use ‘TC’, and they may not talk to UNKs. No faces such as ‘:D’ during TAN-Phase, and no useless talk. Members may ask questions, but no useless chatter.
S-Phase: Silence. This is not default, but is usually declared for trainings, when the HR doesn’t want to hear anybody. This phase may not be declared during a raid or defense. No LRs may talk, period.
PR-Phase: Public Relations. This may be given to a HR by the highest rank in the server, and that HR may talk to UNKs or Hostiles until told otherwise.

* Members may only speak to UNKs during F-Phase. If a HR is in the server, it is automatically TAN-Phase *
____________________________________________
Ranks.
Citizen-Militia: These members may not participate in raids or defense, and it is automatically assumed that none of these members know any of the commands, phases, or rules. They may not attend advanced trainings such as Combat trainings, or other trainings like that.
Private: These members must have mastered the commands, finished the Obstacle Course, and filled out the Sardalian Military Registration Form. They may attend raids, defenses, and advanced trainings. They still need a regular review of the commands, however. NO Safe-Chatters allowed at this rank. Period.
Corporal: Corporals must have mastered combat trainings, glitching, advanced trainings, etc. Corporal is a rank that must be extremely hard to get to, because to get to Corporal, you must have mastered all of the trainings, combat, all of the glitching techniques, the commands, etc. These members must still attend trainings, yet they may be recognized as members who are dedicated to the group. Just attending one or two trainings won’t cut the deal to get to Corporal, you must show a steady rate of activity throughout the group, and you must have remained active throughout the time.
Sergeant: Sergeant also a tricky rank to get to. You must have shown terrific quality in your combat skills, complete memorization of the commands, and shown terrific activity over a large course of time. At this rank, members should be the basic grunt elite of the group, showing amazing skills in Combat, and a knowledge of how to win a raid. Sergeants may start to host small trainings, but may not have benefits such as promotions, demotions, or status updates.
Lieutenant: Lieutenant is a very hard rank to get to. To be promoted to this rank, you must be nominated by a General, Captain, or by the President. Once nominated the Generals will review your nomination, and test you on multiple skills, such as Obstacles Courses, Commands, etc. At this rank, you will have the ability to make a status update, but may not promote or demote. Lieutenants may host trainings, but must yield the training to a Higher Rank if one comes on during a training. Lieutenants may not host raids, but are at a rank where they may command a small squad if authorized by the host of the raid.
Captain: Captain is a pillar of achievement. A Captain must have shown dedicated service and activity over a long time in Sardalia. He must be good at hosting trainings, know all of the commands by heart, and be a proven leader and have terrific combat skills. Captains must also be nominated, in the same way as a Lieutenant is, but he must be nominated by the President before the Generals have to review. Captains may post to the status update, yet they may not promote or demote. Every member has the right to habeas corpus. They may call raids and trainings, but may only call raids upon groups that are our enemies.
General: Aah, the members so old and crippled that they can’t even carry their countless medals. Generals are the long-lasting and actively dedicated members. They may be chosen from the Captains, by the President, and then the Generals have to evaluate him and then agree to the choice. Then the member may become a General. Generals may promote and demote, but must use this power sparingly, according to this document, and according to the Constitution. Generals may post status updates, they may overview trainings, and they may even hold trainings. They may hold large-scale raids, and may Command defenses, and they may evaluate potential candidates for the next rank up.
* Members may not skip ranks. *
________________________________________________________
Trainings.
All trainings must meet the following criteria:
1. There may be no more than one trainer. Period. The Higher Rank usually gets dibs on trainer, but he may choose to observe, and allow the host to continue the training.
2. All training places must have admin commands for the member hosting the training. The only exception to this is for Lieutenant and Sergeant trainings, where there are a max of 5 members.
3. There is a maximum of 5 members who may attend a training under a Lieutenant or Sergeant.
4. If a member is being disrespectful, the host of a training may use in-game admin commands to deal with him, either by banning him, punishing him, kicking him, etc. Not demotion or exile.
5. A member must be banned for deliberate team kill against a teammate while in training, unless instructed to do so by the host.
6. HRs may not be loose. They must be strong and tough on our members.
7. HRs must enforce Teamchat, Hide name, and all rules.
8. Citizens may not attend trainings.
9. All trainings must take place at an official SR Training base.
10. ‘Knockout’ trainings must not be allowed.
11. Administrator commands are recommended for any training.
12. All trainings must begin with reviewing of the basic commands.
13. Insubordination, and disrespect, may be punished immediately with in-game tools.
14. If a trainee kills his fellow members during a training, unless instructed by the host, he may be removed from his rank, until a trial occurs, and the member has been sentenced.
15. No training may have more than one host. If the trainees split into two groups of any sort for training purposes, then a single assistant of second highest rank may be appointed to help.
______________________________________________
Defending the Capitol, or official forts.
1. The Highest Rank is in command, unless the Highest Rank gives command to someone else. Only a Sergeant + may be ‘in command’.
2. Members must show respect at all times, and must obey orders without question.
3. Members must never make decisions without consent of the member in Command.
4. Members may not fire at any person, unless the target is firing at him, or if you are sure that the person is a raider.
5. If a Citizen ventures outside of the city during a raid, he is KoS. (Capitol Only)
6. Members may not ‘Teamkill’ any other member.
7. Members may never talk to Unknowns during a raid, unless you are a HR.
8. Members must always use Teamchat during a raid, and while on duty.
9. Members who are Militia, or non-military, may not venture outside of the city during a raid.
10. Members may not exploit any server while representing Sardalia.
___________________________________________
Promotion Criteria:
1. Members may not be promoted for just going to a single training, or doing well at a raid. Promotions must only be given to a member, if he has shown a lot of activity over a period of time, and shown to be worthy of the promotion given.
2. Before being given a promotion, a member must be ‘nominated’, and then reviewed by a General, or the President (or VP), before getting promoted. The Generals must discuss together, and agree, whenever a member is nominated to become an officer, as stated in the rank descriptions.
3. If a member has failed to uphold his duties as an officer, the Generals may propose to give him a warning, where the member must fix his act, or get demoted. If the Officer fails to stay active even during this time, the Generals, and the President, may demote him. The only exception, is if the officer is on vacation.
4. Low-ranked members also may be demoted the way of #3, but expectations may not be as high as an Officer.
5. Members may not bribe HRs for a rank, and if caught doing so, must have a fair trial, and then be exiled if found guilty.
