1. Easy access texture file. Simple, moves textures to an easier spot to use
2. Texture editor. Not very complicated, allows you to draw different pieces of your HUD, also allows you to move pieces of HUD and remove less important stuff. Health, backpack, and gear can't be removed, but can be moved around and changed. No you can't change studs. Also, it has an option to tell the studio what changes, how things drain, and such, you can also change text size.
3. Texture Catalog. This area is the only area to have offsite links, this has all of the community and staff textures. when you hit take one, it redirects you to the download site. Mods go in and and check if the textures are kay for ROBLOX.
Dun tuch me.

You can do all of these things with Paint.net/photoshop and uploading decals.

Why do people think I mean hat or gear textures, HUD means Heads Up Display, or HP, Items, and others, this allows for more freedom in the world of fun.

You can easily replace the texture on gear items, remove the HUD and make yourself a new one. This stuff is already possible.

How, most people don't know where HUD is and I don't want to retexture, I want to change around key elements and move them from one area to another.

So you remake them using LUA and GUI elements.

Okay time to make my own HUD, on my own, while rescripting half of HUD and engine. I am joking around up there. |

I support.
Having an easier GUI edit tool (in a plugin form?) would be nicer. A "click-and-drag" tool for moving the boxes around, and resizing would make it easier, rather than sizing and moving by (x, y) coordinates. With the ordered pairs you have to "guess-and-check" which is time consuming and frustrating.
A text-edit box simplifies the process. And pre-set animations or what not would be nice to have... not sure how we would be messing with GUIs in other people's games... but yes please!

This was on HP, backpack, and tools. Not GUI elements.

At least make textures in a folder named textures.

This is an idea I had that would allow game makers to customize the HUD in their games as well as customize the menus to work better for their games. I think I would rather have that than let you customize how your HUD appears in every game because it's easier for the devs to make and gives game creators more options for their games - http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=78077718

Zeph, I want my own personal textures for everything, defaults get boring after a while.
