**Below is information concerning updates and advancements made to the First Encounter Assault Recon Standard Training Protocol and procedures. As from a Department of Discipline and Development directive, the regiment has presented a series of new rules of which will take immediate effect.
● [-1-] : The Training Essentials ● [-2-] : Training Procedures ● [-3-] : Revival - Conclusion
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊ The Training Essentials ➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
During the course of the past few weeks, following the introduction of the First Encounter Assault Recon Standard Training Protocol 1.0, new ideas were developed in an attempt to better the regiment community. As in the past, our trainings follow three essentials; Combat, Leadership, and Discipline.
〓☜1☞〓 Combat: As in all leading militaries, skill in combat is a significant part of warfare and clan development. The First Encounter Assault Recon makes combat a top priority in training for maximum effect on the battlefield.
〓☜2☞〓 Leadership: Leadership is another significant field that covers a variety of different aspects in clan warfare. Leadership ranges from tactical knowledge, to strategy. In the First Encounter Assault Recon, we teach the importance of leadership and how to apply it.
〓☜3☞〓: Discipline: Discipline also plays an important role in all militaries. The First Encounter Assault Recon asserts complete control over their army through the use of intense training with discipline.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊ Training Procedures ➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
each training session covers at least one of the three Training Essentials. All activities held during the session are to be focused around the chosen field. In order to hold proper trainings of which will benefit our soldiers in combat, Trainers are to refrain from allowing our members to do an exercise without an explanation or without teaching them the correct way to execute it. [E.g. Prior to the start of a Capture the Flag Round, A Trainer would first instruct the players on how to properly defend, use the gun, etc. Once they see everyone has gotten the hang of it, they begin the first round then move on to another skill. ]
Colonels cannot hold trainings without official confirmation from a General or Prime General to hold the session. The General who has approved must attend for the duration of the training session. Few Colonels are granted privileges to hold training whenever they please. In the event that the Colonel is not running the training as it should, The General has permission to correct the session. During a training session, there are two hosts; the primary and the secondary trainer. The Secondary Trainer is assigned by the Primary and may not be the supervising General. Everyone who attends, regardless of rank is to participate as a normal soldier unless asked otherwise.
The Director of and Discipline and Director of training and their Advisors are to oversee trainings. If the training does not meet the criteria outlined in the training guidelines, the Director and Advisors have permission to shut down the training.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊ Revival: Project Necessity➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ As by a Department of Innovation and Training directive, ARMCHAM has worked to develop a series of new training outposts of which will serve as the First Encounter Assault Recon’s primary training outposts. More information is listed below;
〓☜1☞〓 Ajax II: As a spin-off from the classic Ajax Academy, created by nPwnn, Ajax II is a grand combat training facility equipped with an advanced promotional obby, rally point, Sword Fight Tournament area, and much more! Ajax II will serve as the primary multi-task First Encounter Assault Recon training facility.
〓☜2☞〓 Post Lancera: Post Lancera, based off of Powerblade’s Capture the Flag -Battlefield Training, Post Lancera serves as another First Encounter Assault Recon training defense outpost.
The above two are only two out of the five prepared for the First Encounter Assault Recon. They will be introduced this afternoon.

| I don't like it Colonels should be able to host trainings when they please.Because thats what Officers have to do ask for a Generals permission.It's stupid. |

The General's permission session is to cut down on shout spam, as well as ineffective trainings.
