Ok, this now? You have got to be kidding me. Now to add on to the two million issues I already previously had on ROBLOX on my old computer, now on my new ASUS laptop too? You just...gotta be joking me.
Anyways, that message keeps comming up whenever I try to enter a game. Any game. I will try again after this post, but I already tried like 50 times. Reinstalled ROBLOX, restarted my computer, REimaged my computer!!! What else do you expect me to do?
Any support on how to fix this would be welcome. Thank you! |

So, I'm guessing I just have to discontinue my membership, and quit ROBLOX then? If I can't join games, or build games, ROBLOX is just stealing my money.
No one, even with the awenser wants to help me? ;(

If you fell down outside and got really hurt, don't just sit there waiting for an ambulance to come for you. You need someone to help you, not just calling it quits. |

This error is a generic error, and therefore is difficult to accurately diagnose. Try uninstalling through Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features (or by deleting ROBLOX folders from %appdata%) and then re-installing -- this often works. |

Nothing's working. I've reinstalled, made a new account, changed my internet, tried a different computer, and tried a different computer on a different network.
Any other suggestions? ROBLOX is a vary bad website (in my opinion) if me, and half of the rest of the game population cannot play due to a really unspecific, extremely annoying bug. The reason I say" extremely annoying" is because the stupid message doesnt even tel me what's wrong
PLease, I really need help. It would suck if I had to quit ROBLOX because I can't join or edit any games.
P.S build mode and studio mode don't work either. |

I know. I have the exact same problem. Its so annoying because i have looked on at least ten pages of Google and i still haven't found an answer. Please help.

Hi. Just open roblox studio and play the game from there. This worked for me so please don't get annoyed if it doesn't work for you.
