It's copyrighted by the company that manufactured it/recreations of it so other companies can't create them out of cheaper parts, to sell cheaper, thus taking money away from the original creator.

Also, ROBLOX makes about $2,000,000 - $5,000,000 a year. You know Call of Duty? They have multi-million dollar budgets. In the first 5 days of release, do you know how much Modern Warfare 3 earned Infinity Ward? $775,000,000. Seven Hundred Seventy Five Million.

*sigh*
Honestly, you guys truly don't know what copyright, in itself is.
GUNS are not really copyrighted. They get reverse engineered all the time.
Now, if someone were to take the M1 Garand, and actually sell it for a profit, then sure, it's copyrighted.
But selling it to BLOCK PEOPLE? No. |

You have no idea how copyright works, do you?
Nothing is ILLEGAL BY COPYRIGHT unless some is GIVING IT AWAY FOR FREE or MAKING A PROFIT FROM THE ITEM ITSELF.
Therefore NOTHING IN ROBLOX IS AGAINST COPYRIGHT.

First off copywrite is for intelectual property, not inventions. If you are refering to a physical invention you would say patented.
Secondly, the M1 garand isn't (correct me if I'm wrong here) even being produced/used anymore so the creators of the real life gun probably don't care. |

| Also, the actions of the users are not reflective of the company. I.E ROBLOX cannot as you say, be sued for some one mentioning pokemon in a game. |

You obviously do not know what copyright is.
Copyright protects your work. You cannot get copyright strikes on common things.
Copyright works like, if you copy a work, and keep it to yourself, nothing can go wrong. But, if you republish it for no cost or for a profit, you can be sued for copyright.
You also cannot copyright your creations if they contain copyrighted work.
Copyright is a quite confusing thing, but it helps you very well.

| M1 Garands are a kind of weapon, if they used a company, say Winchester Repeating Arms Company, then it'd be copyright infringement. |

| Roblox cannot be sued for they have not made actual profit of it. And Roblox has only been sued once, in 2009, they changed the circle studs to squares because The Lego Company sued them. |

"Why did ROBLOX get sued for the circle studs?"
Because they took LEGO's circle studs, and were selling a membership (BC). Which is against Copyright Law. They are lucky they didn't get their site shut down.

@BrokenBuilder
That's a rumor.
It's like the Devo Hat rumor, they changed it to the Red Wedding Cake Hat because (start rumor) it was copyrighted. (end rumor)
