| What is the animal that has one voice, and goes on four legs in the morning, two legs at noon, and upon three legs in the evening? |

Man, everyone knows this one.
It's obviously an Egyptian cat. |

You walk on 4 when a toddler; 2 as an adult / middle ages; and with a walking stick during your elder days.

It would've been a great riddle if it hadn't been so overused.

EXTREMELY OVERUSED, all the teachers ask it, you'll meet people that may ask it, your cousins, your uncle, everyone uses it at some point in their lives.
It's crazy, it's actually a tough riddle when you think about it, especially the three leg thing, since walking sticks don't apply to everyone. But everyone knows the answer to it.

@Commander
The "Riddle of the Sphinx" referred to the 3rd leg as a cane. |
