Hey. I'm English but I've been learning German at my school for a few weeks. I don't knows toooons but I'm not too bad at it. If anyone could tell me anything in German please do. :) A translation would be great, too. I don't mind if it doesn't have all the dots and stuff at the top because I don't have a keyboard like that so... yeah. Lol.
B=β (it sounds like the s)
Guten tag. Wie heiBt du? Ich heisse Starz. Was machst du in deiner Freizeit? Ich spiele Computerspiele und ich faulenze. Hast du ein Haustier? Ich habe ein afrikanischer Graupapagei, drei Hunde und sechs welpen. Auf wiedersehen!

zwei* fünf*
You can't btw like just simply say words, some have a steep grammatical background. Like the word ein, it could also be eine, einen, einer... |

| I know funf has the dots on top of u, but my keyboard isn't like that. Ans as I said, I've only been doing it two weeks, twice a week at school so I'm not perfect. :l |

| But correcting is not a bad thing, but it can be taken bad. When I correct people, I do it for educative purposes and then I try to annoy the person as little as possible. |

If you use an English keyboard, then
PC: Settings>Control Panel>Language&Region>Region and Language>Keyboards and Languages, then you should be able to handle it from there
MAC: System configuration (or something like that)>Language&Region> Keyboards (I think) |

Yep. The du is equillivant to the Danish one, a singular-you form. Du er sindssyg -> Du bist verrückt. |

β = esset (I think thats how you spell it) its a "ss" sound. Like "Weiβ" is white. "Hell" is light, if I'm correct. |

β isn't the same as ß it seems. The β is a greek letter (Beta), whereas ß is what you want. |

I guess I'll tell you something in German as you wish. But I'm not a native speaker. I expect to be corrected on my grammar by someone, or punctuation which I lack even in English.
Wie heiße ich? Ich heiße Gamehero. Weißt du was? Ich spiele auch Computerspiele in meiner Freizeit. Mein einziges Haustier ist ein Hamster heiß: "Missy", aber sie ist alt und krank, und hat nur ein paar Tagen zu leben.
What's my name? My name is Gamehero. You know what? I also play computer games in my free time. My only pet is a hamster named: "Missy", but she is old and sick, and has only a few days to live. |

Thanks TheMyrco. But now I'm confused on the plural for Computerspiel. The word "Computerspielen" exists, but so does "Computerspiele." They both seem to be plural.
Oh, and I was going to say my Hamster's name like that, but I wanted to risk it to see if it was used the English way. I guess not? Oh and heißt.. Hahahaha... I feel dumb. I don't know how I convinced myself that it was heiß. "Mir ist heiß!" XD |

@OP
If you can't type the umlauts, you can do either alt-129 or put an E after the letter.

^ Yes, the extra E makes words look ugly. |
