Disobeidiance - A soldier follows an order to the word. To disobey an order on the battlefield is to get demoted.
Questions - Are to be messaged to the Second In Command's or Third In Command's, the commander has no time for questions, and will ignore questions lest they are of extreme importance.
Promotions - Asking for one may get you in trouble, proove your worth in battle and you will be promoted. Every time you ask for one, you lose your chance of getting one.
Noise at bases - No screaming and yelling in full capitals or being insanely obnoxious, talk when you need to, and keep your other words to yourself.
Grammer-During training or any other union sharpshooter's fort you must have grammer when talking to high rank this applies to the privates through the second in command's.
Respect-When talking to a high rank you must call the "sir" or "mam",the high ranks must also treat the low ranks with respect aswell.
Loyalty- Learn this, as there is an order of things that deserve your loyalty before others, so remember this. 1. Loyalty to the Flag - fight firstly for the union flag, and the group, as this is what a soldier should be inspiried to do.
2. Loyalty to the Commander- The Commander is the voice and director of the force and deserves loyalty, so that operations can be carried out smoothly and without issue.
3. Loyalty to your fellow soldiers - If we are divided we can't win, so our army must be united to win. Protect and fight WITH your fellow soldier, not to get promoted faster than him, or outshow him, but to work with him to win for the union.
