So heres the thing, its security questions to prevent people from getting onto your account without being the REAL account owner (In otherwords, prevent from being hacked). Heres how it works:
Username: blablabla
P@$$W0RD: blablabla
So you put in your Username and p@$$ and then theres a question you see:
Whats your favorite food?
Whats your favorite game?
or so on.
But heres the question, "How do you ADD security questions???"
At first you won't have security questions until you enable them. So once you enable them, they'll ask you one of the security questions each time you log on, otherwise you won't be able to log on to the account. These settings will be under the "Account" area.
"You didn't answer my question! How do you ADD security questions?"
Ok, time to answer that. Heres how you add them:
Under account, there'll be another button named "Security Questions." It will require you to re-enter your Username and p@$$ in order to access the page. Then, when you access the page it'll look like this:
Create Question Enable
Question #1 [ Your Answer ]
Question #2 [ Your Answer ]
Question #3 [ Your Answer ]
____________________________
When you click Enable there'll be a pop-up asking you this: "Would you like to enable security questions? Yes No
Click Yes and the question area will no longer be shaded out. It will now appear, and you can create your questions, as well as make your answers.
Heres how the "Create question" button works. You will click it, then this will appear:
Your Question: _______________
OK
It now puts that question in your list of security questions, Now, all thats left is just click on the "Answer" button, and just type in your answer and then press "Enter" on your keyboard, Or just an OK button. And when you exit the page, you will be asked ONE security question after putting your Username and p@$$w0rd in.
Q & A
"Will you be asked the same security question each time you log on to your account?"
No. You won't, unless you only have one security question. The computer will automatically randomly pick a question from your list of security questions, and just put in the correct answer, and you'll be in your account.
"How will this prevent your account from being hacked?"
The way it will prevent you from being hacked is that Hackers will usually only be able to find your code (I'm now gonna use "Code" instead of "P@$$.") so likely it will be hard to find the answer to your security question without KNOWING the answer.
"If you were to forget the answer, can you no longer access your account?"
No way! Just send an em@1l to roblox asking for your security question to be un-enabled, or call them. BUT, you must provide what your accounts em@1l is, otherwise you will no longer be able to access your account unless proven otherwise.
Support? No support? Anymore questions? Post them and I'll reply when possible! |

TL;dr version:
You make a security question and you put the answer to it, computer random pick question after code and username. if correct answer to sq then on your acc, if not then has to send em@1l to roblox or call. has to tell them your em@1l on your account to get sq's temporarily disabled for you to get on.
Also in addition to my main thread,
I know it has been suggested before, BUT, that does not mean a single thing at all other then its been suggested before, but not approved/declined. |

Here's a better idea. Create a pass consisting of four random words. For example "Horse Battery Staple Correct" (For any XKCD followers, yes, it's from that. =P) It'd take a desktop PC 2 octillion years to guess it. Pretty hard for a computer to remember huh? Guess what, you already memorized it. Subconciously. All you need to do is draw an image in your head related to the four words. To follow our example of before: "Horse Battery Staple Correct" A horse saying: "That's a battery staple" A person responding with: "Correct!" See? Easy to remember. |

50% support. It would be safer, but annoying. And you can just use a good 密码(It's Chinese, use Google translate).

| It would be a better idea if you could enable the security question if you get your "code" incorrect more than three times. I won't be bothered with a security question every time I log in, but if someone tries to passguess me, they'll have to figure it out in under three tries OR know all my security questions. |

@Ace,
If a hacker can do it right, they can get your code on they're first try.
@The other posts involving tough code,
Hackers can still get the code and just Ctrl + C it. Security questions are better. |

| @Spooky: It still doesn't mean that I have to give a real answer to the security question. I can have it act like a second code to make my account even more secure. |

If there are any hackers amongst us...Then they'd have nothing to search for on ROBLOX, they'd be busy with other, more challanging stuff. So really, there are no hackers here that can brute force into the system and take a long look at the entire database of junk. No hackers here at all. *looks at self* Nope, no hackers here. |

@Ace,
Yes you can do that. BUT, making it be those after 3 incorrect tries will be dangerous.
@Edge,
Hackers exist. If they think your popular, they'll attempt to hack your account. If your not, they might, but not 90% likely.
Some people need this, and Some don't. |

| I love the idea, Roblox really needs them. Hackers are a big problem, so security questions are a must! |

| @Ben: We have PG'ers. Not hackers. CoD has hackers. Battlefield has hackers. NFSTR has hackers. Roblox has PG'ers. |

@spooky I know they exist, just not so much on ROBLOX. All we have here are script kiddies. It's sad really. Nothing but script kiddies copy pasting scripts from other sites to exploit in games. Really, those kinds of hackers only exist on popular games. The chance of getting hacked here is VERY slim. Plus, you have a bigger chance of pass guessed. But with "my" random word system, it'll be hard as nails to even guess. |

@Surge,
Regardless, we need security questions. PG'ers are a threat as well, a good code or not, good PG'ers can find it out.
@Edge,
"They exist"
Whos to say they won't start getting more active on roblox?
"Not so much on roblox"
Hackers still exist on roblox, regardless.
"script kiddies exploiting"
I never mentioned exploiting, just that accounts can be hacked/PG'ed.
"Chances of getting hacked here is very slim"
Regardless, people can still be hacked, and this is needed.
"bigger chance of getting pass guessed"
And there you have it! We still need security questions BECAUSE PG'ers are a big threat, as well as hackers. Some people can't make tough codes. This is needed. |

@Ben Take a look at my first post, take a good long look at it. It pretty much prevents pass guessers... |

"Some people can't make tough codes" Just hit your keyboard.
xdrfosqaehjcaxc538dfx8c4 Look what an awesome, impossible to guess code. And if you gotta type it, you save it in a .doc/.txt/.docx file and COPYPASTA!

@Edge,
What do you need to know?
HACKERS EXIST.
Might not be much on roblox, but HACKERS EXIST.
PG'ers can guess easily if good at PG'ing.
I will also no longer be replying to you. |

@Ben *facepalm* Do you know burglars? They exist too, all Police does is arrest them when they see the idiots. Why? Because spending more energy to catch that teeny tiny bit of burglars that slip away anyway is a waste. The same is here with that incredibly small amount of actual hackers. Also, no, it's not easy to PG once you have a good system to make a pass of your own. If it's long enough, it'll take longer than the collision of the Andromeda Nebula with our Milkyway. (figuratively speaking) Yet you helplessly stick to your stand point like a creationist, sticking your fingers in your ears yelling "LALALALALA, I'M RIGHT YOU'RE WRONG, LALALALALA" |
