Hello, UCR
Wouldn't you agree that, aside from defending bases, the most popular option for members in a clan is to go to training. Everybody wants to improve their skills, have fun, meet other clan members, and get a feel for how the clan works.
But recently, our training has gotten bad. I mean really bad. I don't know if it is because we have a new leader, and people think they can get away with things, I don't know, but members aren't following rules, trainers aren't presenting order, and the whole thing is just chaos. For our members to be at the pinnacle of skill, we need absolute excellent training, that is why I am making a set of rules. Half of this, however will be a revised edition of the training guide, which most Captains, and UCR members tend not to read.
I don't need to collaborate on how many training's we have a week, because there are multiple training's a day(Most run by Captains, however, and need more discipline).
The basic rules that all trainers should follow are these:
-Each training MUST(Capital MUST) have admin. If you don't then your training is in complete and utter chaos. -Other admins that join the game and are not a host are not permitted to use admin to disrupt any part of the training, meaning no using commands while the host says to be quiet. -Captains MUST have the Captain admin script, and you can't host a training without it. -All places must have a variety of weapons, including swords, guns, explosives, etc. -All of these weapons MUST be in lighting, including some other things if necessary. -The place of training must have a place at the spawn where members can line up and listen to the trainer. -The trainer should do what is necessary to preserve order, while not to strict(Kill>Punish>Kick>Ban). -During Raid Trainings, the host/team captains should be aware of their surroundings and its secrets. -At the end of a training, hosts should tally a list of members to be promoted, then send it to a Director, or VP. -The name of the top performer should be PMed to a TBS Director(Director in TBS). -in Discipline Training, the no-talking rule should be enforced. -If there are multiple servers in a training, a HR or someone with admin should take over the other server. -There should be multiple activities in a training, not just a FFA to 50. -No one should ask for admin unless they are H2+. -Other admins should not try to take over or fully take over without the trainers consent. -Other admins should not kick or ban a player(Not counting spammers) Without the trainers consent. -Disruptive HRs/Admins should be reported directly to TheEvidence or TDFall. -Other members other than these two are not to discipline or punish the person guilty. -Bad trainings will be reported to a Director and the host's trainings will all be recorded after that.
The 2 biggest parts I want to elaborate on are Captains being strict, and members being calm and disciplined.
Captains: You HAVE, and I mean HAVE to enforce the rules, because most members won't read them(Including this). You have to take responsibility, and not wait for another HR to show up and clear things. You can't just yell to be quiet, that won't solve anything. If things get chaotic, FF all members, then have them line up in the area that is required in each place. calm them down. If a member is still ballistic, kill them. If they keep going, punish them for a while. If they are still disruptive, kick them. Finally if they come back still disruptive, ban them then report it to a HR.
Members: Don't go up to the host and ask them for a promotion because you patrolled ORION today, wait and PM that to a HR. Don't demand that you do an activity, and don't ask for admin. These things make it chaotic, and it will make the training slower, resulting in waiting a longer time for promotions. Also, doing these things will put a bad reputation on you, and on UCR. Wait patiently, do as told, and be polite. Disobeying the rules will not only get you banned at training, but may result in a demotion(We aren't afraid to demote HRs either), SO FOLLOW THE RULES. YOU WILL BE PUNISHED IF YOU CHOOSE TO DISOBEY THEM.
Keep in mind these things, as you should imply these rules in all trainings. Hopefully UCR's trainings can improve with this being read by ALL MEMBERS, not just trainers.

You're disrespectful and if my reform goes through demoted.
To put it plain and simple, last night you WERE the reason the training was horrible. Multiple high-ranks have suggested you to be demoted.
Please do not complain about something you cause.

| Shilo, you're saying that by me being at that training for 5 minutes with no admin, I ruined it? No, I didn't. I am guilty of ruining some trainings a while ago, but not now. Xavier blamed me, and I guess that is where you are getting this from. |

@Halo.
It wasn't only Xavier, add 3 other high-ranks to that list who think you should be demoted.

Read the reform, then scroll down to the bottom to the demotions part. Poison also approved of your demotion.

You should also add rules that members L7 and above are not permitted to go to the average training.
They should attend a new form of training. |
